Beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and cafes, are all just a short drive away. Less than an hour drive away we can find the nature reserve of Vendicari and the splendid baroque towns of the Val di Noto of Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse.

Built on a single floor, the interior of the villa is relaxing and welcoming and it offers a large and bright living room, a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

Just a few steps away from the property, we can find a large swimming pool (15,00 x 7,00; 1.60 m deep), shared with only 2 other villas. A beautiful covered terrace and large private garden (1000 sq. m) complete this stunning villa.
