Perfect vacation villa

We were 7 people staying at the villa. The children practically lived in the pool. Pool area nice and clean. Water perfect temperature. The pool is as big as it seems in the picture. Large enough for us adults to take a swim in. There is a very nice area outside to sit and eat. Quiet area. Beach and a few reastaurants within walking distance. The owner very nice and accomodating. We don't speak Italian and they didn't speak English but with google translate it worked out well. We had a great stay and would really recommend this house. We would be happy to stay there again.

L’accueil s’est bien déroulé, hôte ponctuelle, agréable et à l’écoute.La maison est propre ainsi que les extérieurs, elle bien équipée pour la cuisine.Lieu au calme dans une impasse. Juste pour information, piscine non chauffée (température un peu juste pour fin octobre)mais très propre et eau des sanitaires solaire , respecter les derniers qui doivent prendre une douche;)Et j’aurais aimé que la literie soit un peu plus confortable mais cela est personnel car ceux qui m’accompagnaient l’on trouvait correct.En règle général, je recommande pour la qualité, prix.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, ein Baby und ein Hund! Die Außenanlage sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und war sehr gepflegt. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber. Kleines Manko: Die Abflüsse oder Rohre waren wohl etwas zu, sodass das Wasser langsam abgelaufen ist. Kontakt zu dem Besitzer war einfach und Anfragen wurden auch schnellstmöglich beantwortet bzw umgesetzt.Zu der Lage: Man benötig auf jeden Fall ein Auto für Einkäufe, aber der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke. Diese Unterkunft würde ich definitiv weiter empfehlen.

La maison a un super beau potentiel et le jardin est très agréable mais nous regrettons quelques points:- le lave vaisselle en panne- la propreté du barbecue- la propreté de la piscine. (Tous nos maillots sont jaunes même après lavage, ils sont irrécupérables)- manque de matériel dans la cuisine: verres à vin (2 présents dans les armoires), économe, grille pain, assiettes pour le nombre d'occupants).- pas d'aspirateurs et de fer à repasser- Table à l intérieur trop petite pour le nombre d'occupants proposé.Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et la réponse à nos messages.

Formidable séjour

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans la villa de Giuseppe. La maison est grande et confortable. La piscine est grande et superbe, et les plantes du jardin sont magnifiques. La maison est située à 300 m de la mer, à 2 km des commerces de Donnalucata, et est un endroit idéal pour de belles découvertes à moins d'une heure de route : Ragusa, Modica, Syracusa, Noto, Scicli. Le.rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Je recommande fortement.

Maison très bien placée pour visiter la Sicile Baroque

Maison très spacieuse disposant d'une belle terrasse, d'un agréable jardin et d'une belle piscine. Très bien positionnée pour visiter le sud de la Sicile. Les 4 chambres sont confortables et les 2 salles de bain bien pratiques pour un hébergement de 8 personnes. L'ameublement est joli et suffisant, par contre certains éléments de vaisselle sont insuffisants. La présence d'une vraie cafetière aurait été appréciée. Nous remercions Giuseppe et son père pour leur gentillesse, leur très bon accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hébergement.
