A luxury in the center of the city ... Just 15 minutes walking from the center of Valencia, we find this magnificent villa of 400 meters plot and 150 housing in one of the best and most noble areas of Valencia.
In front of the famous gardens of Viveros, the most emblematic of the city for its history, cultural and ecological value with a large extension and careful gardening make it after the gardens of the bed of the Turia river in the second green heart of the city, and gives name to this apartment.
It has several environments on the outside of the house; Dining area, sofas area where you can relax after a hard day visiting the city, and even a fantastic jacuzzi.
Inside we have a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms with two bathrooms.
In addition to the house there is a large space as a bedroom (dependance) with capacity for four people, and another kitchen with a small bathroom with shower.
