“Lime” is a spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment located close to the town centre on the popular Han Inn complex. This attractive site of just 9 apartments has a stunning 185m2 shared pool set amoungst mature gardens. The apartments are set away from the bustle of the town and often nick named the “Secret Garden”. Everything you could want, from the baker in the morning, to the off license in the evening, is right on your doorstep.

“Lime” has easy access from the main gate of the Han Inn complex and is particularly suitable for older or less mobile guests. With a view directly over the pool and garden it is perfect for those who love to stroll out directly to the poolside.

Inside “Lime” has a very spacious open plan living area, with three sets of French doors to three separate outside seating areas: the poolside, the private garden terrace and the shaded archway terrace. There is always sun and shade at every time of the day. The garden terrace has a dining table and chairs. The poolside terrace has a further dining table with umbrella and chairs and sunbeds are positioned right outside the dining room doors.

A cool, quiet double bedroom with a comfy king-size bed (160×200cm) and shower bathroom are located off a small inner hallway to the rear of the apartment. The spacious lounge makes it easy to have a full size (90x200cm) single fold up bed in the lounge, which easily accommodates an additional guest in the living room area. Our fold up bed is a full size single and ultra comfortable.

“Lime” guests love the fact it feels a home from home, with everything you could possibly need for your Kalkan stay. Also the proximity to pool, which is never crowded, and the Han Inn complex with beautiful tranquil gardens and convenient location. The Han Inn pool and terraces are being completely refitted for summer 2024. Work has begun and the refurbished pool will offer Roman steps with a handrail as well more sun terraces and some newly planted gardens. We are mega excited to see how it all looks.
