Perfect for our stay.

We were working in the north vegas area and the location was perfect. Close enough to make for a short drive and even uber to the strip but far enough away to be relaxing and in a good neighborhood. Ritchie was great to work with and even accomadating when we needed to extend our stay. I would recommend Ritchie and the summerlin house.

We lived in this house for over a year. You won't be disappointed. It is very cozy and the neighborhood is nice. It is in a great location and has access to a lot around it. Just as beautiful as the pictures of the Property!

Ritchie was amazing to us while we stayed at his Property. The house was even prettier in person and was very clean. If we had any minor issues, Ritchie had things handled right away for us. There was a gift basket for us when we arrived, a very nice touch! The neighborhood is clean and safe. Very close to Parks and Shopping necessities. Thanks for everything Ritchie! Nice propery in a great, and safe, location

Rented the property through August 2017. The pictures and description on the website accurately reflected the property and all the features it had. As a VRBO newbie, dealing with the owner, Richie, was good with speedy responses and a simple, businesslike, approach to the whole process. The property itself, located in Summerlin, was very safe in a quiet location with local shops and services nearby. It was an easy 20-25 minutes drive back to either north/south end of the Las Vegas Strip. Would definitely recommend the property and the owner.

Beautiful property - very clean, spacious, just all around lovely!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was decorated beautifully, very clean, with large rooms, plenty of bathrooms, good lighting, very good a/c system, and a well furnished kitchen. The master suite is huge, with a huge walk-in master closet, and huge bathroom. The pool was a delight, and the lounge chaises were soooo comfortable! In a beautiful neighborhood, and very accessible to shopping. The house was just wonderful! You'll love it too!

WOW - what a great house!

We loved this house - VERY comfortable! The open kitchen is great - and the patio and pool area were immaculate. The beds and pillows were first class! All bathrooms were spotless. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some cookies. The house has all necessities - paper towels, laundry supplies, spices, coffee. We were there to climb in Red Rocks - so this was an excellent location. Close to groceries, shopping and restaurants, too. Richie took excellent care of us!

perfect place to stay

We stayed there from Feb 10 - March 17 and found this home very well appointed - Richie provided cleaning and laundry supplies, tea and coffee, all the spices you could want. He even gave us a chocolate bouquet on our arrival. The beds were a dream to sleep on and the towels were luxurious. The furniture was new and the house was elegantly furnished. The backyard was private and a very comfortable place to relax in the evenings. The house is in a quiet residential location close to the Red Rock, a short trip to the strip and the 215. Richie was available on a moment's notice when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property and the owner.

Richie's house is well appointed with everything you can think of - cleaning, laundry and bathroom supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, writing paper, spices, coffee and tea - they even gave us a chocolate bouquet on our arrival. Their towels were luxurious, the furnishings were modern and new, and the beds were a dream to sleep on. Richie was great to deal with and answered any question we had on a moment's notice. The house is in a great location/short trip to the Strip,shopping, and the 215. the neighborhood is quiet and the backyard a great place to unwind in the evening with lots of seating and a new barbeque.
