Please be mindful of neighbors and respect their property. Any additional parking is located on the street at no extra cost.


BASIC RULES
No smoking, parties, rearranging furniture, blocking driveways, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. Do NOT light up bonfires in the fire pit area. Do NOT use indoor fireplaces.

Please be responsible and swim at your own risk. *Pool NOT heated.* Hot tub can be heated upon request at an extra fee. One time flat rate of $150.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Our property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There is a Ring camera located at the main entrance, front of the home, side gate entrance, back yard and pool area. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

PET POLICY:
• Pet fee applies to each pet ($150 per pet)
• Maximum 2 pets
• Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges
