Recent apartment, bright, comfortable built in 2006 (in a residence of 9 apartments) with a living room of about 40 m2.

Immediate vicinity of the Odet (50 m) in a wooded and quiet environment. Initially a coastal path for a very enjoyable visit to one of the most beautiful resorts of Brittany.

Access to secure building (intercom). Enclosed private garden of 150 m2 allowing children to frolic safe and parents to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, protected 2 terraces, 2 private parking spaces. The apartment has a double orientation: south and west.

    Le logement de plain-pied est très agréable, très confortable, parfaitement aménagé et décoré avec goût. Il ne manque rien ou alors …, nous n’en avons pas eu besoin. Endroit très calme et charmant avec une petite cour bien orientée et sympa. Les hôtes sont avenants, aimables et très attentionnés. Ils savent ce que recevoir veut dire, pour preuve un petit cadeau de bienvenue est offert ! Merci à Vous. Nous nous permettons de recommander ce lieu car nous n’avons rien trouvé de négatif.

    Un séjour dans un logement très agréable et accueillant

    Joël et Marie-Joe nous ont très bien accueillis. Leur appartement est très spacieux, avec deux chambres, un grand séjour et une grande salle de bain. Tout est neuf. L'espace extérieur clôturé était parfait pour manger dehors et pour les enfants. La plage est proche à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

    Schöne Ferienwohnung

    Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eignet sich gut für Familien mit Kindern. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist recht klein, aber das Kinderzimmer ist geräumig genug für drei. Und das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls groß. Der Garten ist schattig, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, eine Spülmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle. Dazu eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, 10-15 Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen direkt an der Anse de Penfoul, nahe des Yachthafens. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

    Un accueil sympathique et attentionné. Un bel appartement, bien équipé,au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Proximité de l Anse de Penfoul Proche de tout a pied ou en vélo! Nous y avons passé une magnifique semaine. On y reviendra ;-) La région est magique, Bénodet mérite ces 5 étoiles.

    Nous avons séjourné une semaine d'avril dans cet appartement de plein pied tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Calme, bien équipé, joliment décoré, spacieux et lumineux, très agréable et idéalement situé. La proximité d'un super marché rend moins pénible le fait incontournable de devoir aussi faire les courses en vacances. Un sentier vous mène en quelques minutes au port de plaisance, au centre ville, aux embarcadères et aux plages. C'est vraiment Top ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié leurs petits cadeaux de bien venue. Nos espérons pouvoir y revenir et nous recommanderons cet appartement à nos amis. D'ailleurs c'est déjà chose faite. Annie et Francis

    Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral

    Nach langer Anreise erwartete uns ein sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar, in ihrer uns zur Verfügung gestellten Ferienwohnung. Nach Besichtigung der Räumlichkeiten und einer ausgiebigen Einweisung erhielten wir noch ein Willkommensgeschenk, sehr zu unsere Freude. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr gepflegt und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Insgesamt hat das Ehepaar Barbotin viel Mühe investiert um uns Urlaubern einen Wohlfühl-Urlaub zu ermöglichen! In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist der Yachthafen von Benodet mit seinen netten Restaurationen zu erreichen. Jedem Segler schlägt das Herz höher!     Superbe appartement et séjour

    Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour: - appartement dans un environnement très calme et verdoyant, de grand confort et de propreté irréprochable au rez de chaussée qui permet de bénéficier d'un jardin avec terrasse. - proximité supermarché, ballade le long de l'Odet, port de plaisance, plage permettant de ne pas utiliser la voiture. A ces atouts s'ajoutent l'accueil très chaleureux, la gentillesse des propriétaires et l'attention à notre arrivée avec quelques spécialités bretonnes. Nous réserverons sans nul doute ce logement lors de notre prochain séjour à Bénodet.
