New house on one level of 130 m2 with a garden of 1000m2, made of "cellular concrete", with a rainwater collection tank (less charges), all comfort, very bright with 6 windows, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom. large living room of 50m2, a kitchen with bar, two large terraces of 50m2 each, parquet throughout the house (except kitchen and entrance), 2 toilets and 2 showers in the Italian ... ideally located near the most beautiful sandy beach of Loctudy (250m from the sea), in a very quiet area, gourmet restaurant (seafood) and creperie 'sea view' less than 300m. The house is fully equipped, beds are made and towels provided on arrival.

It satisfied the youngsters (27-35 yrs) by being so modern, and the oldsters (60) by being so well designed, friendly and homely.

Early Autumn break

Stayed in property for three weeks (1 week August + 2 weeks September) The property was clean and well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, cleaning products etc.. House is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has two outside eating areas, one gets the morning sun and the other the afternoon/evening sun. Beach, creperie/bar and restaurant all within a 10 minute stroll. The bar and restaurant reduce opening to 4 days a week at end of August and I think close completely around 21 September. Plenty of places to visit, all within an hours drive. Small ferry ride from Locktudy to Isle of Ile Tudy is a must (5 minute across and cost 2 euros) Reason I only gave 4 stars for location is we took our dog and none of the beaches in Finistere are dog friendly. Other than that lovely house and we had a very good holiday.

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une météo très favorable, du coup la maison idéalement conçue nous a permis d’apprécier les différents moments de la journée. Quelques petites contraintes (eau et poubelles) mais vraiment pas à considérer. L’emplacement est très bien, calme et pas très loin de la mer. Ce qui manque, les commerces, même au centre ville de Loctudy il y a que très peu, quand ils sont ouverts

Ungepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist stark abgenutzt und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es entspricht überhaupt nicht dem, was auf den Bildern angeboten wird. Die Küche war heruntergekommen und das Geschirr verschmutzt. Das Gefrierfach war so vereist, dass es nicht mehr nutzbar war. Überall im Haus waren Ameisen bzw. Flugameisen. Da halfen auch die beiden aufgestellten Ameisenfallen nichts mehr. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu Wünschen übrig, überall waren Verschmutzungen, Haare, Staub und Dreck. Für den angebotenen Preis eine Frechheit.

Unser Aufenthalt im Spätjahr 2023

Wir sind große Fans der Region Loctudy und waren nun erstmalig im Spätjahr da. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, offen und bietet große Glasflächen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Durch den Holzoffen kann man es auch gut in kühler Jahreszeit nutzen.

Wunderbarer ruhiger Urlaub zum Ende der saison

Nach der Hauptsaison suchten wir Ruhe und Erholung in der schönen Bretagne, und haben sie auch dort gefunden. Einziger Wermutstropfen: fussläufig keine crêperie mehr geöffnet.

Das Ferienhaus ist super, schick eingerichtet, und es liegt sehr ruhig. Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde, haben uns in den 5 Wochen Urlaub sehr gut erholt. Der Atlantik mit Traumstränden wie in der Karibik hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Un séjour très agréable

La maison de Malo bien placée et bien équipée nous a permis de passer un séjour au calme a proximité de la plage et de nombreux sites touristiques magnifiques. Nous avions de beaux espaces intérieurs et du soleil ou de l’ombre sur les terrasses au choix. Nous recommandons cette location.

Das beste Haus seit Jahrzehnten unserer Urlaube in Frankreich. Wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Gute Aufteilung der Räume. Schöne große Fensterflächen. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Unser Aufenthalt zum Jahresübergang war super entspannt. Fehlende Haken im Bad Habenseite mit unseren Saughaken ausgeglichen. Aber das ist kein wirklicher Mangelpunkt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!!!

Wunderbare Woche

Wir waren mit Freunden- zwei Ehepaare über 60- in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Gerade bei nicht ganz idealem Wetter haben wir es sehr genossen. Es ist modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Strand, ein Restaurant und eine Creperie sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ausflüge sind möglich- gerade in der Vorsaison ohne Stress- man kann es sich aber auch sehr gut am und im Haus gemütlich machen. Matratzen waren sehr gut- vielleicht eine Anregung zu den Betten: die Doppelbetten dürfen gerne etwas breiter sein…aber für eine Woche konnten unsere Freunde damit leben. Wir haben die getrennte Variante bevorzugt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen- wir könnten uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt vorstellen- und dann besser zwei Wochen!

séjour idéal - très bonne adresse

Bien qu'en couple, il faut reconnaître que la maison est parfaitement conçue pour un séjour à plusieurs ( chambres aux différentes extrémités) et bien équipée. Spacieuse et lumineuse, elle est au calme mais a proximité de la plage ( 300m) et à vélo du centre de la petite localité et du port de pêche. L'accueil de Franck ( amis des propriétaires est charmant) et Malo et Salma sont toujours disponibles pour rendre votre séjour égréable. Que demander de plus??
