The accomodation is lovely with everything you need. Comfy beds and very clean. Close to everything but no noisy neighbours. Pool area nice as is the out door seating area. Only niggle would be that some of the sun loungers are uncomfortable.

Great Stay!

We had a lovely time at this Villa. It suited our needs perfectly. Great location. Walkable to shops bars and restaurants. Pool fantastic. Bedrooms great size. A few drainage smells in kitchen and some ants but nothing that caused us any issues. Looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts were incredibly helpful and always available, making communication easy and smooth. They were also very accommodating with several of our requests. We stayed here for one month with our three little children. The place looks exactly like the pictures, it’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great just a short walk to the restaurants, stores, marina and beach. Check-in and communication with the property owner was all fast and smooth. Some small issues to be solved were dealt with accurate a quick. We would stay here again for sure! Had an amazing month!

We had a nice week in villa Luca. The property is well located although it’s next to a busy road. The villa was clean and tidy but lacked the basic features needed for a family of 5. No beach towels, no BBQ utensils, a lack of cutlery, glasses, mugs etc. There is a BBQ, but no outside lights to enable us to eat outside. Overpriced, in need of a rethink in terms of what’s provided.

Family & friends

We stayed as two families with teenage boys. The villa itself and the outside area were very spacious, perfect for our requirements. The single beds are now separate singles so there were no arguments over the top bunk! The villa was clean and looked fresh. Some of the outside furniture is looking tired but seating is plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses & plates etc. There are gates to secure the seating area from the pool which would have been helpful if travelling with younger children. The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area but is conveniently situated for the main area of Cala d’Or, the marina and surrounding beaches. All are within a short 10-15 minutes leisurely walk. There’s also a Spar close by for essentials and a larger supermarket within walking distance. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice Villa but needs some TLC

On the plus side, the villa is very spacious and the beds very comfy, there is a great book collection for some light holiday reading, its a short walk to the shops, beaches and the Marina, communication with the host was fantastic and they responded to any requests promptly. On the down side, the villa is looking rather tired in places and could do with some upgrades/tlc. We found it strange that there were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances/tv, no welcome book with instructions or suggestions on what to do. The pool was rather cold and it only got the sun until 2pm but then again, it was mid October! The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, with no noise from neighbours or music, however, the road is busy and quite noisy. Overall, we had a nice stay but it wasn't as luxurious as we were expecting.

Nice Villa in a convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Luca. There was good communication with the managing agent and access to the property was easy and granted earlier than advertised to suit our arrival time. The villa was clean and tidy and in keeping with the way it was presented in the online advert. It appears that some previous FB had been noted and the Garden furniture looked to have been updated on the smaller patio. However, the black chairs on the rear patio need attention. They seem to have been repainted with something that came off and stained our skin and clothes (not premantently). The Kitchen seemed to have been updated and had everything required. Of note, the towell rails in both bathrooms are rusty and in need of replacement. The villa is handily placed with a short walk to the centre, beaches or the marina. The Erowski Supermarket which overs best value is also a only a short walk away. The road the villa is on does have a fairly constant traffic flow and there is noise from this, although it did not have any effect on our stay. The pool was well maintained. Overall Villa Luca is a solid and well maintained property. A bit of peeling paint here and there but sort of what you get in a lot of properties in Spain. We'd recommend it.

Es war in Ordnung

Cala d‘Or an sich ist toll. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man in Max. 10 min im Zentrum. Leider liegt die Unterkunft an einer stark befahren Straße weshalb es dort manchmal schon laut war. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, gekocht haben wir allerdings selten da das Geschirr in der Spülmaschine nicht sauber wurde. Zudem sind Ameisen auf der Arbeitsfläche rumgelaufen. Etwas liegen lassen durfte man daher nicht. Die Heizkörper in den Bädern haben uns sehr abgeschreckt, sind von oben bis unten verrostet. Die Dusche hat auch einige rostige Stellen. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist sehr salzig, ist aber evtl. normal am Meer. Die Betten waren sehr hart was aber in Ordnung war. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft in Ordnung.

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus, das Haus selber ist ordentlich und sauber. Man kann es empfehlen postiv: - Sauberkeit - Zustand des Hauses - Pool - Sitzmöglichkeiten aussen negativ: - zu wenige Handtücher ( 1 Handtuch / Duschtuch pro Person und Aufenthalt - kein Wechsel) - 1 Geschirrtuch - wir haben uns für 15:00 Uhr angemeldet, es stand überall Check In ab 15.00 Uhr, das Haus war erst 16:45 Uhr sauber und begehbar - kein Parkplatz am Haus - obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht - Geschirr genau auf 6 Personen ausgelegt, kein Teil doppelt - Haus an Hauptstraße etwas laut nachts
