Beautiful country house for 12 to 21 people located in Langlire (Gouvy), in a beautiful area of the Ardennes. This region, of the eastern Ourthe with its unique valleys, is known for its great forests. It is an ideal base for hikers, cyclists, cross-country skiers and anyone who can enjoy peace in a beautiful nature. From the garden you have a beautiful view over the woods and the relaxing nature. This large garden has several sun terraces, a garden house, and plenty of space so that children can enjoy themselves undisturbed. The country house has all the necessary luxury. After a day outside, you can enjoy the sauna or soak in the beautifully heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September). Or how about a game of Pool Billiards or table tennis during the aperitif or after dinner?

Was gezellig, jammer van de vele gebreken. Stoelen los zowel binnen als buiten. Vele klinken los. Teveel trappen die niet zo handdig waren zonder leuning. Oven en vuur werkte niet naar behoren. Het regende binnen bij onweer langs de muur in.de kamer boven de keuken, muur langs de tuin.

Nice stay

Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern da. Die Lage ist echt super. Großer Garten, der Pool ist schön, in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht ganz hervorgeht ist, dass die Bettdecken 160 breit sind. Wer hat schon einen Bettbezug in 160. Daher haben wir einfach unsere Bettlacken mit Innenleben mitgenommen. 5 DZ und ein großes Zimmer mit 8 Einzelbetten. Warum die Einzelbetten angeschraubt sind, haben wir nicht verstanden. Kühlschrank ist riesig, 2 Spülmaschinen, Nespresso und eine normal Kaffeemaschine stehen in der Küche. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Wir würden wieder hinfahren! :)

Fantastisch

Verblijf was perfect voor ons gezin. Er is voor ieder wat wils. Voordeel voor ons was dat het weer goed was en we ons met zijn allen goed konden vermaken in het mooie zwembad, in de grote tuin in de kelder met sauna, poolbiljart en tennistafel. Ondanks de lagere temperatuur 15 18 graden, konden we toch iedere morgen met zijn allen buiten op het zonnige terras ontbijten. Ook voor de bbq was het een uitstekende plek. Kleine dingetjes zijn we wel tegengekomen. B.v. diverse klinken vielen steeds op de grond omdat ze niet vast zaten, we hebben een pasr uit de kluiten gewassen kinderen die vonden de bedden nogal aan de kleine kant. Gelukkig was het goed weer voor de bbq want het fornuis zou wat klein zijn geweest om voor 15 mensen te koken. Algemeen was iedereen erg content over de accommodatie. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen en kleinkinderen.

Top verblijf

Heerlijk weekend gehad met de vriendengroep, top verblijf! Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig die je wilt voor zo’n weekend: pooltafel, tafeltennis, sauna, zwembad, etc. Daarnaast hebben we heerlijk gebbq’ed. Er zijn meer dan genoeg stoelen en bedden voor iedereen. Kortom: een fijn verblijf. Heel verwarmd is het zwembad niet, maar kon ook zo aanvoelen door het koudere weer.

Ruime woning met grote tuin in mooie omgeving

Mooie woning met grote living, grote tuin, speelruimte met poolbiljart en pingpongtafel, zeer geschikt voor familie- en vriendengroepen. Wel nogal wat kleine tekortkomingen, bv. te weinig stoelen voor onze groep, kapot onderstel van bed, lamp kapot ... Verhoudingsgewijs vrij duur.

Het was even zoeken want we hadden het huisnummer niet. De woning is ruim en gezellig. De omgeving schitterend. Prima faciliteiten. Verzorgde kamers. Prachtig terras. Geen minpuntjes. Wel kleine opmerking. 1. De keuken is wat donker. 2 lampjes stuk. Nee, niet wij. Onder de muurkastjes en ook de waterkoker had het begeven. En ik miste een pollepel. 2. We hebben.moeten zoeken naar de leukste kamer van het huis. Helemaal in de nok. Verder niks op aan te merken. Zoals ik zei, gewoon details. Zelf heb ik een wijnglas gebroken 🙄

Samen met vrienden een dikke week gezeten en erg naar ons zin gehad. Er was alleen niet altijd veel warm water, voor de rest niks op te merken.

Tolles Haus für Urlaub mit größerer Gruppe

Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe, auch über einen längeren Zeitraum. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und auch der Außenbereich ist sehr weitläufig, dennoch in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Mit Pool, Sauna, Grill, Spielekeller mit Billard und Tischtennis, uvm. bietet das Haus viele Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben, zu entspannen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Check-in-Vorgang mit Schlüsselbox war völlig unproblematisch. Am Haus selbst befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze für mehrere Autos. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ländlichen und ruhigen Gegend. Der nächste größere Ort mit Supermärkten usw. ist ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Perfekt für große Gruppen

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 18 Studenten und haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas Abseits und die Inneneinrichtung ist einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Außengelände ist überragend und viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Riesiger Garten, ein toller Pool und viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Sauna hat auch sehr gut funktioniert und die Tischtennisplatte und der Billiardtisch haben für Stimmung im Schatten gesorgt. Wir sagen vielen Dank und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
