Single storey house, built in 2014, quiet, ideally located between sea and countryside, ten minutes from the most beautiful beaches such as Sables d'Or les Pins, Erquy, Pléneuf Val André or Saint Cast le Guildo, 30 minutes from Dinard or Saint Malo.
Located in the town of Hénanbihen, 5 minutes walk from the village and its shops: butcher, pharmacy, mini-market, bar / tobacco shop, bakery, florist, garage / petrol station, doctors ...

Beautiful wooden house on one level, with a surface area of 140 m², spacious and very bright thanks to its many windows which make it very pleasant to live in harmony with nature.

A fully equipped central kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher)
  1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks.

  -Bedroom with 160/200 bed
  - Bedroom 2: double loft bed (not suitable for children too young)
  - Bedroom 3: 1 single bed of medium height (100 cm) with small ladder.

Lawn with children's equipment: hut, trampoline, swing, slide, soccer goal, basketball hoop.
