The cottage is great for anyone looking for a quiet get away. The house is in a small quiet hamlet, transport and a sat nav are a must and helped us greatly to get around the area. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and the en-suite bathroom's were excellent. Bernard and his wife were readily available for advice and help when needed so thank you very much. Only downside for me with taking my dog was that the garden was not enclosed so dog had to be on the lead or attached to a rope when out in the garden. But all in all l would recommend this holiday accommodation as a very peaceful and relaxing place to go to.

merci beaucoup, on vous souhaite bien arrivées ! cordialement
The house was easy to find and had everything needed to feel at home straight away. It was clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs had recently been redone. It was a bit cold in Brittany at the start of April but there were plenty of blankets for the beds and the heaters can be turned on (although check whether your contract includes a fee for electricity surplus). The owner lives in the next house and was available for anything we needed. It's a quiet location but close enough to all the attractions of the Côte d'Armor, provided you travel by car.
Internet reception was not always reliable.
Overall a very nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay: pretty well everything you might need for a short stay is here!
The cottage is attached to the owner's house but has its own separate entrance.
On the ground floor you have a vast living space with exposed beams and fireplace ( lovely to light a fire in the winter !) and a well appointed kitchen area and enormous dining table for lavish meals. There's also a toilet ,wetroom and outside covered patio ( not used as we were there in winter!) Upstairs three "en suite " double rooms ( two doubles one twin and an extra bed if needed!)
This is a comfortable and cosy place. It's not at all elegant, but you can relax here! There is a wifi connection if you go near enough to the source ( in the wetroom or out on the patio !) but who cares if you are happy! Not having a good understanding of French and staying in Winter ?. Put some favourite films on your tablet and. bring the technology to link up to the TV , light the fire , have a few bottles of wine/ cider and a bottle of Calcados and be Breton for the evening. it's almost essential to love seafood in Brittany : especially OYSTERS - go to Concale and have a dozen ( or so!!) sitting on the sea wall at Euros 0.50 a piece!
