COUNTRY COTTAGE - 15 min. BEACHES - Near ST MALO / DINAN - 2/9 travelers

Located in Brittany, 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, 20 minutes from Dinan, less than 10 kilometers from the beaches of Saint-Cast and near Saint-Jacut and Cap Fréhel, we offer this charming cottage for rent.

Renovated in 2017, this stone country house can accommodate 2 to 8 people (up to 9 maximum) and offers you a spacious living room with open and equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor you will also find a laundry area equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as a bathroom (WC and shower).

The floor includes:
4 bedrooms (sleeps 10):
* 3 bedrooms with 140x190cm bed
* 1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a bunk bed (90x190cm beds)
Bathroom with bathtub
Separate WC
Beds made on arrival.

Outside you will find an enclosed plot of 250 m2 with a terrace and its garden furniture. A ping-pong table and outdoor games are available.

Baby equipment (high chair, travel cot and necessary for the shower) will be available.

Animals are accepted under certain conditions (provide a deposit check of 50 € / animal on arrival).

We also offer:
- Bathroom linen kit (7 € / person): 1 shower sheet, 1 bath towel and 2 washcloths.

Minimum 2 nights.
Weekly rental only during school holidays.

Fantastic gite in a great location

Had a wonderful stay in north Brittany. Location of the gite is excellent- close to Dinard/ Dinan and loads of great beaches. The house is very well equipped… and can definitely cater for large groups. Very quiet/ rural but with a barn for table tennis etc for children and teens. Corinne was very welcoming. We would totally recommend and will be staying again!

Le gite esr super. Il y a absolument tous ce qu'il faut. Les petirmts comme les grands ont bien profiter de la grange avec la table de ping pong et le babyfoot. L'endroit est superbe et depaysant.
