Wow! What a view! 13th Hole on the Stadium Course (#111786, 2 br)

Incredible south view located on 13th hole of the famous PGA West Stadium course, framed by panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. This 1,550 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two baths plus a fold-out sofa. We also have 2 cots for a maximum occupancy of 6 (upon approval). Serene, quiet, relaxing and beautiful it offers all the comforts of home in a gated community. Watch the golfers while relaxing on the patio and enjoying the view. This condo is also conveniently located just two doors from one of the beautiful heated pools with a large Jacuzzi. You will find relaxing chase lounge chairs at the pool for sun bathing and it's close enough to go back and forth for anything you may need. The condo is just minutes away from the Coachella & StageCoach Festivals, as well as the La Quinta Resort, Santa Rosa Cove, Waldorf Astoria & The Polo Fields. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all near by.

You approach the condo through a manicured courtyard with a lemon tree near the street and a grapefruit tree near the front door. There is a sitting are in the front as well as the double back deck with a gas BBQ. A ceiling fan and electric awning will keep you cool during the warmer days.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with new, modern appliances and two wine coolers. The large granite counter tops will provide ample room for the chef in your group. The dining area features a large, and expandable, dinning table which provides a great view out the back patio. The large den with 14 foot ceilings provides two sofas and a lounge chair. A large TV with expanded channels, HBO, Showtime and sports sits on a remote simulated fireplace with an electric heater. WiFi is also available throughout the condo.

The master bedroom features a king Tempur-Pedic® memory foam bed with an incredible view of the golf course. The private en-suite bath has dual sinks and a tiled shower and all new linens and towels. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a new Stearns and Foster Estate mattress. The adjoining bathroom can be locked off for privacy and features a large basin and tiled shower. The office area has a desk, chair and all-in-one printer. Both the master and second bedrooms have large, wall mounted TVs and ceiling fans. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer.

If you used the BBQ, please clean it. The cleaning service charges extra for cleaning the BBQ.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Was such a great property to stay at for our golfing trip. We were two couples and the property was a perfect size and location. The kitchen was the best provisioned we have ever stayed at which made cooking and eating at home so much more pleasurable. Frank is a great host and was always online and helped with any questions and offered great suggestions as well. Recommend highly.

Although a pool was available, it wasn’t heated, but walking was easy and mostly flat. Condo was well outfitted, clean and comfortable. We didn’t have anyone stay with us because most of our friends and family are used to king sized beds. Owners were pleasant and easy to work with especially in talking us through how to use the remote control!

Amazing stay at this property

This was an amazing long weekend at this beautiful condo. Every amenity was thoughtfully made available from pool towels to extra toiletries. This home was so clean and comfortable. Four adults had plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and the office would have been ample room for 2 more. The beds were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need to make coffee or a big meal for all guests. The pool was steps away and we enjoyed the patio overlooking the golf course. Frank and Jill were very helpful with directions for everything before we arrived. I would definitely recommend this stay. We were sad to leave.

A Happy Thanksgiving

This property was a great getaway. The kitchen was amply stocked as far as pots, pans and spices are concerned. Great quality. The living room was comfortable but the patio was the best part. This place was amazing down to the littlest details. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped with more than I could ever use. The pool was practically right next door and the grounds of PGA West was so meticulous. Those views- WOW!! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Perfect Setting

The accommodations were more than perfect in several ways: it was spacious, and the view was stunning! Also, it came with many daily staples like paper towels, condiments, and even towels to use for the pool. We've rented condos in Floriday before and that was not the case. We had to purchase even the most basic things. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions about restaurant and golf course recommendations. We would not hesitate to rent again!!!

Wonderful Condo

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. Just like the first time, the condo was clean and fully stocked. Communication with Frank could not have been easier. Always enjoy watching the “hackers” play the 13th hole from the patio. I would recommend Frank and his condo to everyone.
