Villa Maria
The villa enjoys an enviable position (just over 90 meters from the beach) which allows a wonderful view of the sea and at the same time maximum tranquility and privacy while having all the services within walking distance. In perfect Mediterranean style with its blue and white exterior colors it is an oasis for the holiday.

Finely furnished in a marine style with cherry wood furniture and numerous references to boats and yachts. A large terrace overlooking the sea allows you to better enjoy the wild nature and the view of the gulf, the beach and the nearby islands. The structure is spread over two floors. On the ground floor large living room with bay window on the terrace, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Upstairs two single bedrooms with balcony, hallway and another bathroom with shower, all with balcony.
Outside there is another masonry shower as well as a large double reserved parking. A ramp also allows access for disabled people.

Beach and center are easily reachable on foot including all the services that the town offers. Calasetta is easily reachable from Cagliari through the main state road passing through S. Antioco. Numerous sites of cultural and historical interest in the area. The typical food and wine as well as the numerous nearby beaches are certainly interesting. The area is generally always airy thanks to the dominant wind. The sea is always fully enjoyable even in case of strong winds thanks to the strategic position that on both sides always allows you to find a sheltered beach.
