la casa situata in una zona molto tranquilla con giardino e terreno circostante per circa 1000 una veranda coperta di circa 20 mq con annesso barbecue dove potete rilassarvi e passare delle tranquille giornate di sole il mare dista a circa 150 la spiaggia più vicina e a circa 700mt. A 500 mt. troviamo il porto del paese con la possibilita di prendere il traghetto per Carloforte isola poco distante dalla sardegna.
