Brand new modern-finished 7th floor penthouse with 9sqm private outside terrace with wonderful sea views, BBQ and outside furniture.
Property is Located just 150 metres off the Bugibba promenade and is located in a block of self -catering holiday apartments.
Shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, lidos, day cruises, busses etc are all very close to the property.
This penthouse has a double bed and a single bed. The combined kitchen and dining-living room has another smaller terrace with washing machine and clothes drying facilities.
This penthouse is ideal for couples up to 3 persons.
Fast unlimited WiFi internet and IPTV are provided free of charge.
The apartment has Insect screens, air-conditioning (cooling and heating A++/A+++) and a fan for our guests complete comfort.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 100 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. TV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
