Come build your Perfect Vacation in Traverse City, Michigan in this premium, spacious private corner condo with a great view of the Grand Traverse Bay. Newly updated and featuring brand new queen beds, new dining set, new refrigerator and new super fast WiFi with over 200+ mb/sec.

Our downtown condo is a short walk from the shops and gourmet restaurants of Downtown Traverse City, a stone's throw from the Tart Trail that takes you to the nearby marina and all the nature trails. This premier unit has a gorgeous unrestricted lake view of the Grand Traverse Bay. Hang out on our two balconies and take in the view. A pleasant drive outside the city takes you to the breathtaking golf courses the Summer Golf Capital of America has to offer. (Check out the TCgolfguide for the incredible golfing Traverse City has to offer.) Walk across the street to the beach and take a dip in Grand Traverse Bay. Or relax with the kids on the adjacent park and play ground. The spectacular color tour of the autumn canopy draws visitors in the Fall while the 35 plus wineries and eight plus breweries within a 30-minute drive are open year round. Vacationers return with the snow to ski and snowboard at some of the Midwest's best ski resorts.

When your day is done, rest in the 2 story condo, comfortably furnished with a 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, another queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom, all located in the upper level, along with a full bath, plus your own washer and dryer. Comfortable living and dining areas are on the 1st level with a fully-equipped kitchen. Our first level also features a second full bath, the only 3-bedroom unit in the complex so equipped.

3 flat screen TVs located throughout with plenty of movies and kids channels. Enjoy our 43" Samsung Smart TV to stream your own media or enjoy or ample in house channels. No cable but we have 40+ streaming and aerial HDTV channels. Includes ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, Commet, PBS, PBS Kids, Create, MeTV, The CW, Cheddar, Outside TV, Insight TV, Eleven Sports, Surf, World Poker Tour, Pluto Sports, Big Sky Conference, Xive TV, Science TV, Anime All Day, Geek & Sundry, CONtv, MinecraftTV, FailArmy, Pet Collective, RiffTrax, Danger TV, New Detectives, WipeOut, Classic TV, Dove Channel, People TV, POPSUGAR, Her, PowerNation, Chassy, Cars, TYT Network and more.... Why they chose this property

TC is known for its unique restaurants, eight plus microbreweries, distilleries and dozens of wineries !. Every week seems to have some sort of festival, so call the tourism office for details. A fantastic newly-expanded casino just east of Traverse City draws a good crowd without interfering with the family environment of the city itself. World-class golf awaits you so check out for complete reviews of golf courses near Traverse City. If one has been too worn from all the activities, a leisurely walk or bike ride around the neighborhood gives the visitor a sense of what the homes of yesterday looked like, as most homes have been maintained to retain their original and historic appearance. The condo adjoins the TART Trail, a paved biking, running and walking path system throughout the area. For serious hikers/bikers, TART trail extends north to paved and unpaved trails through the backyard woods of the wineries! So much to do and to enjoy! Build your memories here.Traverse City and the surround area has something to offer to everyone and being downtown makes it that much better. No matter what your interests may be: golfing, shopping, wine tours, restaurants, festivals, theater, hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, boating, snow sports, epicurean interests, beer tasting, this condo is right in the heart of it all.

This unique getaway condo provides a private, cozy atmosphere compared to what a hotel/motel accommodation can provide.
