The pool terrace is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or enjoy the 45 m2 private eco swimming pool (depth 1,20m). Lay on the comfortable sun beds, the hammocks or the outdoor siting area and have a cold drink, read your favourite book and have fun with your friends and family!

To make things even better, steps down from the pool and patio area there’s a lovely lawn covered area, where your kids will be having fun at the playground area! Also, bicycles for adults and children are provided so you can ride to the beach, and to restaurants and bars in the area.
Lastly, make sure not to miss the opportunity to use the BBQ facilities to prepare your homemade meals and enjoy them at the shaded outdoor dining area for 8 guests under the pergola.
Interior
Spread across two levels, this exquisite, 148 m2 property accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 immaculate bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room. High quality furnishings, with touches of modern and classic style, state of the art appliances and all modern amenities make it an ideal choice for a relaxing villa vacation. All the beds in the villa have Coco-Mat mattresses that are made of natural materials designed to offer you healthy, relaxing and comfortable sleep, Furthermore, Eden Villa is suitable for guests with restricted mobility and it’s wheelchair accessible, as its interior is flat. Guests can have direct access to the pool terrace from the ground floor living room.
Lower Ground
The lower ground of the Villa is for those who don’t want to stop practising during their holiday and always be in shape, there’s a well equipped gym with a treadmill, static bicycle, a butterfly machine and workout weights!
Ground Floor
The ground floor where the cosy sitting room, with large sofa invites you to take a seat and gaze upon the unobstructed sea view, provided by the surrounding glass panels, while the modern fireplace adds a homely touch.
The open plan area also included a dining area for 6 guests and offers direct access to the pool terrace.
A few steps way, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything that’s required for a self catered holiday, as well as direct access to the outdoor area, BBQ facilities and dining table
A bedroom is located on the ground floor of the Villa, providing wheelchair access, and overlooks the wonderful country side.
Last but not least a bathroom has been thoughtfully furnished with handrail next to the WC, and a wooden seat on the wall in the shower area.
Mezzanine
On the mezzanine lie the remaining two bedrooms, one of which offer beautiful views to the sea and blue horizon, while the last one opens up to the country side. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, the master bedroom has access to a balcony equipped with patio furniture.
All three bedrooms have boudoirs, black-out curtains, air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a Super King Size bed (1.80X2.00), the other two bedrooms the beds could be set up either as a Super King Size Bed (1.80X2.00) or as two single beds (0.90X2.00).

Hospitality
Tsabika, at your arrival day will be waiting for you with her characteristic philoxenia, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area. Tsabika will be available 7 days per week to take care of any inquiry you may have or if you need any further information or assistance.

Amazing secluded villa and views to match

A fantastic villa and impeccably furnished and presented. The owners take great care and pride in ensuring everything is as good as it can be. The best welcome pack of food and drinks we have experienced. Four mountain bkes provided for use by visitors are just one example of the nice touches. Extremely friendly and helpful owners - even escorted us to a petrol station near the airport when we left and needed to fill the rental car. The photos are accurate - no hidden surprises - seems too good to be true but it's not. Book it - you will only be very happy that you did!

Stunning Villa

The Villa is fantastic. Lots of room for my family who enjoyed all the amenities the Villa had to offer. We loved the outside expansive areas where we could chill out and relax, swim in the lovely pool, have a dip in the hot tub, play table tennis, go for a bike ride etc. The villa was well presented and clean. We were given a warm welcome by Tsampika who explained how to use everything. We also had a very good welcome pack with additional treats partway through the holiday. Fabulous Retreat

We were met by Tsambika who was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome providing a lovely welcome pack of food on our arrival. This was the perfect Villa for us, tucked away so that children can play in the fabulous pool at any time without the worry of disturbing close neighbours but close enough to get to Supermarkets within 5 mins by car. The owners provided 4 superb bikes which gives a little extra freedom to explore without the chore of driving. The Villa is maintained to a high standard and has everything you could need if eating in. This really is a Villa which provides for living outside with plenty of seating and space to lounge and a brilliant built in BBQ area for meal times. The pool has a great flow system that gets rid of 99% of those little bugs that find their way into most pools overnight Wi-Fi is by mobile data rather than mainstream internet which is expensive and runs out quickly if you have a few users but the owners will happily top up. (We just felt guilty that the data went down quickly) There are a number of restaurants close by within walking distance and next to the nearest big supermarket (5minsby car) on the road to Lindos there is a fantastic Coffee House Zuchero which sells great pastries, fine chocolates and the best Gellato/Ice cream for miles maybe even on the whole Island. We cannot recommend this property highly enough - book and you will not be disappointed

Gorgeous property in a lovely quiet village with very friendly people - just what the doctor ordered

Went on holiday to Rhodes in May for a lovely holiday with my other half. It was great for just the 2 of us, but seemed a shame no-one else was there to enjoy it with us, as there was plenty of space for more. I was recovering from an accident and prior to surgery on my knee, so Villa Eden in Kalathos seemed a perfect location. We were welcomed by Tsampika, who was fantastic throughout the holiday. When we arrived in a hire care, it had a fault showing on the dash in Greek and she very kindly helped us to interpret and even called her mechanic to give some advice, then continues to help arrange a replacement with the hire car company. A new car arrived the next day and they took ours away. She went over and above what we would have expected and we were very grateful. It also had the best welcome pack we've ever seen, which we made very good use of. Although the villa has no other building in sight around it, it was still within about a 5 minutes walk of 2 restaurants. (probably 10 with my injury!) We tried both Konstantin and Ostria and both good, although perhaps a little more expensive (only a fraction) we did return to Konstantin 4 times during our stay, so make your own mind up there…Both restaurants gave a lovely warm Greek welcome and were so good and reasonably priced that we didn't even use the BBQ at the Villa! Probably would with a larger group as it was setup perfectly for socialising. As it is set in a secluded area with only really fields around, understandably there is a lot of nature around. I wasn’t quite so keen on the crickets, but they generally keep themselves to themselves, however watching the Swallows flying around was lovely. We wish we could have stayed for another week, we would love to return. Thank you again to Tsampika ;-)

The villa was perfect and Tsambika could not have been more helpful. The welcome pack was very kind and much appreciated. The garden and outside area were massive and the children loved the play area and various hanging chairs and hammocks. The pool was quite cold but that didn’t stop us! It just took some time to get in! Unfortunately, the gym wasn’t the kind of place you’d want to spend any time as it was a bit dark and damp smelling. The area was quiet and peaceful and we had no neighbours to worry about. However, for us it was slightly too quiet. There were two nice restaurants within walking distance but we ended up spending more time in the car than we had expected, especially as the beach near the villa wasn’t that nice. Perhaps if we hadn’t had small children we could have walked further afield. Overall, a beautiful villa and a great springboard to explore the area… but you really need a car.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Rhodos und ich muss sagen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden. Das liegt nicht allein an dem wunderschönen Haus, sondern auch an der wirklich schönen Umgebung. Morgens auf die Terrasse zu treten mit dem weiten Blick über die unversperrte Sicht aufs Meer und Nachts in den Sternenhimmel lässt mich schon wieder dahin träumen. Ab und zu kam es mir so vor, als könnte das ganze Ensemble auch in Südafrika befinden, da die umliegende gelbe Graslandschaft und die dahinter liegenden Bergkette dazu einlädt. Ich möchte jedem ganz uneigennützig dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen, da es wirklich sehr schön und komfortabel ist. Ein großes Lob auch an Tsampika. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem das kleine Starterset im Kühlschrank war sehr hilfreich.

Villa Eden really is Paradise.

Have just returned from Villa Eden having spent 2 perfect weeks there.. I literally cannot fault the property in any way. We were greeted on arrival by the absolutely lovely Tsambika, this lady is something else. Kind, polite, funny, helpful & genuinely on hand for anything we needed. Always answered her messages within the hour & could not do enough to help. The fridge was full of fruit, milk, meat, water etc, there was spirits in the cupboard & ice in the freezer.. Villa Eden is STUNNING. A hammock, comfy swing seats, table tennis table, beautiful swimming pool & hot (cold) tub.. The outside area was huge & beautiful.. We also had push bikes which we used everyday to cycle to the beach bar or just to go for a swim in the sea. We had a car which was useful as we could explore the island.. Lindos is less than 5 mins drive.. I cannot recommend this property enough.. We will 100% be returning next year. Thank you Tsambika for sharing your beautiful home with us xxx

Peaceful idyllic setting for a modern villa with all you need for a family break

I cannot fault anything about this property or the owner, Tsambika, who made us feel very welcome. The villa is set on its own in a large garden plot but it is 5 minutes walk to two good restaurants. The villa itself is modern and spacious with a great pool and lots of seating / outside dining as well as table tennis. It has both a view to the sea and to the mountains to complete the idyllic setting. A wonderful place for a family holiday and a lovely, welcoming owner.

The Perfect Everything.

We stayed here in June in a group of 6 adults. When we arrived we we’re greeted by Tsampika, who showed us around. There is nothing to say about the property itself other than it is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The bedrooms are big, with loads of storage and comfy beds. The kitchen is good enough to cook meals for the 6 of us. The whole thing is COMPLETELY spotless, and Tsampika organised a day in our stay where she came and cleaned. We were left a welcome basket of food for dinner and breakfast the next day as we arrived at 2am. There is also a FULLY (and I mean fully) stocked mini bar with all the spirits you could imagine. She told us (a group of 6 20 something’s) to drink as much as we wanted. The pool area is just gorgeous and the outside dining area is perfect for evening meals. The surroundings are beautiful (very instagramble!). You can see the sea from the pool however the whole villa is completely secluded so we were admittedly VERY loud some evening so but it didn’t matter one bit. But the best bit about the whole thing was Tsampika. We had a bit of a casualty early in the week and she was so caring and even offered to come to the hospital in the middle of the night. Overall, a fabulous holiday. The pictures don’t do it an ounce of justice. You would be silly not to book it.

Perfekte Erholung in der Villa Eden

Wir hatten die Villa ganz kurzfristig für einen 7-Tage-Aufenthalt gebucht und sind als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen angereist. Die Villa fanden wir genau so vor, wie schon auf den Bildern zu erwarten war. Tolle Ausstattung, gut gepflegt und neuwertig. Bemerkenswert ist die Freundlichkeit von Tsampika (bzw. aller Griechischen Menschen, die wir kennen lernten). Wir haben uns lange nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn nicht immer alles perfekt läuft, sind die Menschen hier stets ehrlich bemüht, zu helfen. Die Villa liegt einsam am Ortsrand gelegen, mit Meerblick. Die Räume sind gut klimatisiert. Zur Begrüßung hatte Tsampika bereits kleinere Snacks und Getränke kühl gestellt - das war sehr nett. Fußläufig befanden sich einige schöne, familiär geführte Restaurants und Strandbars, wo wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Zu unserer Schande müssen wir gestehen, dass wir den Grill der Außenküche gar nicht genutzt haben, weil die Restaurants in der Gegend so lecker waren - gut Grillen kann ich hier zuhause. Wissen sollte man allerdings, dass die Versorgung mit schnellen Internet in der Gegend doch recht unregelmäßig ist. Früh ging die Verbindung schnell, tagsüber brach die Verbindungsgeschwindigkeit ein. Ich denke, das liegt daran, dass die Verbindung zur Villa über LTE-Funk hergestellt wird, was nicht so zuverlässig funktioniert, wie Kabel. Auch deutsche Sender haben wir leider nicht empfangen - obwohl unter anderem Astra 19,2° - eingestellt war. Entweder ich war zu blöde, diese zu finden, oder - so mein Verdacht, die unteren Transponder (mit den deutschen Sendern) wurden nicht empfangen (laut Signalanzeige). Interessant ist allerdings, dass das Leben auch ohne schelles Internet und deutsches Fernsehen sehr schön sein kann - oder gerade deswegen ? ;-) Auf alle Fälle haben wir die Zeit in der Villa und auf Rhodos sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder mal dorthin zurück kehren. Alles Gute für Tsampika und das Team!

FANTASTIK HOLIDAYS AT VILLA EDEN

We chose Villa Eden for our family holidays. We were welcomed by Tsampika with a generous welcome pack! Villa Eden is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, close to the beach and Lindos Village, which you definitely should visit!! We travelled with our 3 teenage daughters, who enjoyed the relaxing in the hammocks in the beautiful garden, the gym and the rides with the bikes available at the villa for free. They were able to listen to their music without disturbing anyone as there aren't any neighbours close by. Choosing Villa Eden was definitely the right choice and we have so many nice memories of our holidays there! We stayed for 12 nights and wished we could have stayed longer..... that's why we decided to visit Villa Eden again in June 2018 on the beautiful sunny island of Rhodes. Villa Eden is paradise, we can highly recommend!

Beauty Villa Eden

Villa Eden is perfect for any family getaway. The villa itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens/pool area, a very well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms with comfy beds and in a great location. We travelled as a group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The villa was more than ample for us all, beautifully clean with plenty of room inside and out. Due to it's location the children could play their music into the evening without disturbing anyone which was great. There are a couple of restaurants together with a cocktail bar on the beach within walking distance. Kalathos itself has places to eat and of course the beaiutiful town of Lindos is a must. A perfect and much enjoyed holiday by all. If travelling that way again Villa Eden would most definitely be the place we'd stay. Thank you for a great stay x

We had a great time am Villa Eden in Kalathos!

We had a great time at Villa Eden in Kalathos, Rhodes. We’ve been travelling there in a group of 6 Adults, in June 2017 and felt blessed overall. The weather was just great for 10 days and we’ve barely seen a cloud. The Villa itself felt very close to heaven on earth, a very quite, extraordinary beautiful place close to the beach (appr. 7 min. by foot!). The Villa is very modern, newly renovated and has everything you need and could wish for. The whole interior but also the garden and the whole facility is just beautiful and very tastefully furnished and equipped. The location itself is very quite, there are no other facilities in sight so the only neighbors you can expect are a couple of sheep which are located on a field close to the villa. There is an outside kitchen on the terrace, which we’ve used every single day. The Pool and the Garden are as beautiful as they look on the pictures and there’s really nothing that we could complain about! Tsambika was an outstanding host, very friendly and careful. Bicycles were provided (for free!) and once a week tsambika showed up to clean the house (after an appointment was made!). At the arrival she welcomed us with drinks, fruits and a snack and explained us how everything works. All together just a perfect place for a perfect vacation. We can highly recommend Villa Eden and would come again anytime.
