3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Newer A/C, heater, kitchen with corian , stain-less appliances, bathrooms, etc. Pets allowed for a fee. Corner location is only 2 short blocks to the beach. Located close to the wetlands. Two HD tvs, free cable and internet. There is one personal parking spot and plenty of additional free parking in the condo parking lot and in front of the condo on the street.

Great Stay

The condo was nice and spacious for our group of five adults. A very short walk to the beach made for a perfect getaway. The parking is convenient and the owner Colleen was always helpful.

Last Minute Vacation

Booked this vacation last minute! Colleen was very cooperative and always there to answer questions when needed. The place was in a great location and perfect for our needs to get away! Nice Girls Week!

Perfect quiet place for people who want to be close to the beach but not in the thick of the action and boardwalk. Short drive or bike ride to the boardwalk. Condo had all the amenities we needed!

July 4th Weekend 2023

We absolutely loved the condo! Really enjoyed the south side of Ocean City (quieter). The fireworks off the beach were amazing. Owner was wonderful/great communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Colleen!

Lovely place

Condo was clean and perfect for the 5 adults and 1 dog in our party. Nice location… super close to beach! Away from the crowds at the north end, but easy drive and parking to enjoy the boardwalk. Colleen is great with communication and very accommodating. There’s nothing i would change.

Very comfortable. Colleen was a great host. Many wonderful family memories were made. We spent time on many beaches from 10th Street (Boardwalk) to 50th. They all had their own character. We ate in, out, and ordered in. The long table in the kitchen, with seating, was great for eating and working on projects.

Memorial Day Getaway

It was the perfect place for my husband, myself, our two children, their friends, and our dog. The teenagers had no problem walking to the beach, basketball courts, and even to the boardwalk. The master bedroom has the most comfortable king bed I’ve even slept in here in OCNJ. I slept better here than I do at home. Communicating with Colleen, the owner, was very pleasant and easy. We definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Little slice of Heaven!

This was our first time visiting Ocean City and I’m so glad we picked Colleen’s property! Not only was Colleen easy to work with and communicate with, the property was perfect for our family of 5- 2 adults and 3 teens (14-17). The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the kids had the time of their lives between biking to local stores, the beach and of course the boardwalk. The property truly is homey and has everything you could need or want. The sunsets over the marsh or over the beach are stunning! The neighbors and people around the community are friendly and helpful when looking for ideas of local eateries and places to try. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we will be booking with Colleen again soon!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This condo was a perfect fit for my family of 5 (plus our dog)! The condo was well-stocked with kid/baby gear and beach gear, so we were able to pack very light. Colleen was an accommodating and communicative host, both before and at the start of our stay. The beach was a very short walk, short enough for 3 and 5 year old legs! We had a wonderful time during our long-weekend stay, and we can’t wait to go back!

Great location

We had a wonderful week at the home! It was in an awesome location where you can walk to a lifeguard beach, Uncle Bill’s and an Ice Cream Shop! Beautiful sunset over the marsh and quiet end of town.

Relaxing week at the beach

Really enjoyed our stay in Colleen’s condo. We had everything we needed for a home away from home. Walk to the beach was quick and area is just beautiful. Uncle Bill’s pancake house is a short walk away and great for breakfast. Colleen is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Relaxing beach getaway

We took our family of 5 and our dog, and we had a relaxing and fun vacation. The location is great, two blocks to the beach and within a bike ride to ice cream. If you have a dog, there is a dog park close by. The owners are wonderful and quick to reply to any issues. The house was also very clean when we arrived. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Colleen is beyond responsive, always getting back to any question I had within the hour. The condo is perfect - very clean, fully equipped, and comfortable. We don’t have babies anymore, but wouldn’t need to bring a thing if we did! Crib, high chair, baby bath - it’s all there. We cooked in the large kitchen a few nights and had everything we needed to make family meals. The beds were super comfortable with pillow toppers, and the sofas were the kind you sink into and relax. Water pressure was great in the showers, and it was key to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We loved the location - a quick walk to an uncrowded beach. And we loved walking to Aunt Betty’s for ice cream every night. Thanks, Colleen, for a great vacation. We’ll be back!

Enjoyable getaway!

We loved are stay at the Tohills! Their condo was perfect for our family of 4. Colleen was BEYOND responsive. Even got us in early and a late checkout! She supplied extras knowing we had a 6 month old so it was less for us to pack. The condo was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful too. The location was extremely convenient. We will be back for sure! Thank you Tohill family for a great last minute mini vacay!!!
