Hey Jennifer, Thanks so much for your kind review and for choosing our place for your stay in Ocean City. I agree that the "on-site parking" included in our listing is a bit confusing... we were previously advised by a customer support rep at VRBO to include it, even though it is street parking. We typically don't have an issue with parking on the street, but I realize it can be a bit more difficult on holidays and on the weekend of Night in Venice, which is when you checked in. We'll be sure to add a note for future guests. That said, thank you so much for leaving the place in great shape. We'll be looking forward to your next visit!

Hi King, The house has two queen sized beds (one in the bedroom upstairs, one in the first bedroom downstairs) plus two pullout sofas—one in the main, upstairs living room; one in the downstairs third bedroom. Both pull out to Queen-sized beds and both have memory foam mattress toppers in their chaise lounges. This was listed in the description of the property prior to your reservation. We've never previously had any issue with smells in the house, but will do our best to get to the bottom of that problem.
