Rundum Zufrieden

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Zumal die Ferienwohnung den angrenzenden Garten benutzen können. Trotz angrenzender Straße hört man die Autos nicht.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Pro: - freundliches Personal, Verständigung auf Englisch war möglich - tolle Lage, nicht weit vom Gardasee - schöner, gepflegter Garten mit schöner Aussicht - angeschlossener Parkplatz Neutral: - steile, unebene Treppe - für uns kein Problem, für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen durchaus - der Weg zum Strand führt über eine uneinsichtige, viel befahrene Straße - WLAN Qualität mäßig, schnelles Internet, aber viele Abbrüche Negativ: - Sauberkeit: die Wohnung war nicht sehr gut geputzt, abgestaubt wurde schon lange nicht mehr, hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf - sehr hellhörig: man hört jeden Schritt in der darüber liegenden Wohnung. Wir hatten das Glück, dass die Mieter über uns teilweise nachts über eine halbe Stunde herum gelaufen sind

Preis-Leistung enttäuschend

Die Sicht auf den See, und der Aufenthalt in dieser geschichtsträchtigen Umgebung waren reizvoll. Die Wohnung war mit 120,00€/Tag komplett überbezahlt. Die Einrichtung, vom Mobiliar, über das Geschirr; die Dusche, bis hin zu einem "Liegestuhl" hatte den Reiz von Sperrmüll! Selbst die Stühle am Esstisch (der den Namen nicht verdient), waren mehr schäbige Campingstühle als Stühle um am Tisch zu sitzen, d.h., eigentlich zu tief - also unbequem) Das Geschirr war eher vom Flohmarkt. Es gab kein Geschirrtuch, weder zum Spülen, noch zum Abtrocknen. Es hat sich niemand erkundigt, ob wir Fragen haben, bzw. ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren zeitweise die Einzigen Menschen auf dem Gelände. Selbst bei der Schlüsselübergabe am Ende des Aufenthaltes hat es den MA nicht interessiert, ob wir zufrieden waren oder nicht . deshalb muss ich jetzt doch mal eine Bewertung abgeben, was ich normalerweise nicht tue! Der Gardasee ist wunderschön, und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber das nächste Mal suche ich die Unterkunft etwas genauer aus!

Apartment mit tollen Ausblick auf den See.

Besondere Lage direkt am See. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Apartment auf den See. Etwas für Individualisten. Surfen, Wandern, Schwimmen, Sonnen. Immer wieder.
