Just outside the Scottish National Park and 6mins walk from the sea is Cedarbank Studio's Yewtree Cottage.
A one bedroomed cottage full of art. We have seven artists and they all offer lessons.
Sitting in its own garden, Yewtree offers more than just an Airbnb experience.
It's an opportunity to get outside and enjoy Argyll, learn something new or just do your own thing.
It's a cosy little base - which we hope you'll enjoy calling home while you visit Argyll.
You'll have the full use of the cottage with plenty of storage for clothes, bikes, art equipment and outdoor gear. Free Wifi and Freeview TV, books and board games ensure there are options at the end of a day or if a day-in is planned.
Yewtree is furnished with a comfortable king sized bed or two single beds (just let me know what you would prefer when you book.) The sofa downstairs in the living room can be converted to a chaise lounge or single bed - so at a push, the cottage will accommodate three.
The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. There are some dried goods in the cupboard too - just in case.
There is a bath and shower at the cottage and all linen and towels are included, making your stay as easy as possible.
You are encouraged to use the garden, it's quiet and a perfect place for eating outdoors. The fenced garden keeps my dog in, but I don't know yours so make sure you're happy before just letting your precious friend out. (It goes without saying, that you should ensure the garden is kept clean.)
A keypad entry gives complete freedom from keys. I am just a phone call away.

We were visiting nearby friends during the Cowall games and this was perfect. Tucked away down a quiet lane with everything two people need. Lovely little place and made to feel very welcome.
Bonita's Yewtree Cottage is a marvel, to say the least. Beautiful, quiet, nicely & fully equipped, great art throughout the house, excellent communication and very forthcoming. 100% recommended!
The cottage is so cozy and peaceful, and equipped with everything needed for a short break. Very helpful directions and info. sent by owner. Would highly recommend and we plan to return asap.
Beautiful wee cottage, cosy and perfectly appointed with everything we needed to be in a " home from home" for a few days. Surrounded by Anthea and Bonita's lovely sea and sky scapes and loads of books, we were able to completely chill out. Just sorry we didnt get the chance to take our wine and cheese out into the garden, as the weather wasn't on our side. Gorgeous scenery with lots of woodland or seashore walks made this an allround winner.
Lovely property that was so homely and welcoming. Warm and comfortable, just what we needed after blustery walks in the forest near by and walks along the prom. Loved it!
Absolutely lovely stay in very confortable and cosy cottage
**Highly recommended**
We spent 5 days at the Yew tree cottage with out little dog. The place is very welcoming, warm and with all the most modern amenities. Bonita was charming, she shared lovely addresses and the cottage is a short from the shore where there are a few cafes and close to co-op.
Lovely little cottage, very quiet location (can be a little difficult to find). Very warm welcome from the hosts who were working in the art studio. Around a one mile walk into the town centre. Would definitely recommend this place to chill out!
We spent 5 nights staying in the lovely Yewtree cottage, it was ideal for us and our dog. The garden was secure and there was always a sunny spot to sit and relax.
There are lots of areas nearby for long walks.
You can get to the promenade within a 5 minute walk from the cottage.
