About this property

Very nice 2 bedroom home with pool located on the tee box of the 3rd hole. Enjoy relaxing by the pool while you take in the beautiful sunsets. This house is a short 10 minute drive to the Mariners, Padres, Rangers and Royals training camps and only 30 minutes to the State Farm Stadium. Another great benefit of this house is that I also own the house right next door which gives renters the ability to rent houses next to each other for larger groups wanting to stay close to each other. Year two - just gets better!

This is the second year we have stayed at this residence. We enjoyed it very much. It is a great location in Surprise, a great home and Sheldon is wonderful to work with. We look forward to additional visits in the future!

A “hole in one” location

Great place to stay! Quiet area on a beautiful golf course that is close to all the activities on Bell Street, P-83 area and Glendale restaurants/entertainment. Owner was a great host, easy to work with and very responsive to our needs/questions. Thanks for the memories Sheldon!
