Holiday home with heated outdoor swimming pool May-Sept. Hot tub as extra

Very comfortable, detached house suitable for winter breaks as well as summer situated in a small cul de sac surrounded by countryside and yet only a 15min walk to the centre of Tenby along a path running adjacent to the house.(Uphill home)We have an outdoor pool which is available and heated May - September which is sited behind a glass barrier and accessible via lockable gates. There is a large terrace and outside eating area and a lawned area all enclosed.The hot tub is available for a weekend or longer period if requested at an extra cost.

Inside, the main sitting room is large and very comfortable with 2 sofas and a cuddle swivel chair, main TV and BT channels including Sport. There is a children’s play/tv room which has plenty of games, dvds and books.The sun room with chairs and reclining sofa has bifold doors leading onto the terrace. The kitchen / breakfast room is fully equipped and has a large gas range cooker, american fridge freezer and seperate drinks fridge. The separate dinning room comfortably seats eight . There is a utility room housing the washing machine.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms inc two double bedrooms, one king and one super king.There are three bathrooms which have all been renovated autumn 2021 both en-suites have showers. A family bathroom/ shower room serves the other two bed rooms. All bedrooms have own tv and you can see the sea from all across the countryside. Two of the bedroomshave access to the balcony.justice! Parking for three cars only and maximum occupancy 8 people. Two night stays accepted low season. School summer holidays week bookings only -Thursday to Thursday
