A stunning architecturally designed four bedroom, tri-level detached house enjoying magnificent panoramic views over Saundersfoot. Oceana is perched above the renowned popular seaside village of Saundersfoot and enjoys easy access to the many and varied attractions and services that the village offers. With two balconies, multi level decked area, indoor swimming pool are additions that add to the luxury of Oceana, will make for the perfect holiday. Upon entering Oceana you’ll be the stunning view of the village of Saundersfoot and beyond lies before you, drawing you towards the spectacular floating living room with its amazing glass walls that gives you a truly panoramic vista.

Note: Due to the unpredictable nature of the British weather (Ground & Air temperatures) and the complex mechanics of the our pool equipment, we will make every effort to heat the swimming pool for you, however we do advise that there are occasions that are beyond our control when the pools may drop below anticipated temperature. If you require the pool heated between 1st Sept – 30th Apr, please confirm in advance. There is a charge of £75 to heat the pool for out of season bookings, its very expensive during this time of year and we have to switch it on at least 5 days before arrival to get the water up to temperature. Not everyone wants the pool so we offer the option. Please contact us to discuss if you require more information.

Lovely views, location and house. However, definitely not 5 star rating. On the first night we had to contact the maintenence guy Steve as pool was too cold and handrail wobbly, pillows were stained from previous guests and beds uncomfortable. On further inspection shower tiles could do with a good clean and sofas were uncomfortable. All this aside the maintenence guy was was very helpful and did everything he could to try and make us comfortable. Both my husband and I have health problems and were looking for that bit of luxury, we were disappointed with the finer details and cleanliness which in my opinion is what you would expect from a property that has a 5 star rating.

Hosts beware of this guest. Horrendous person, demanded compensation within an hour of arriving and threatened me with a bad review. Started with claiming the pool water was cold, we asked her to check the temperature it was at 29 degrees!! She still wasn’t happy then proceeded to try to find other issues, for the first time in 15 years of hosting Ive asked a guest to leave and offered her a full refund, but she refused. For potential guests please feel free to check my other reviews on this and other platforms for peace of mind.

Oceana is an absolutely beautiful property, with amazing views of Saundersfoot. The property has everything you need and we had so such fun in the pool. Rob couldn't have been more helpful, answering all of our questions. We will definitely be going back

Perfect family holiday

Rented the property for part of husbands 60th birthday celebrations! 10 of us all in the one house and it was perfect. Each couple had a beautiful bedroom and en suite each and the grandchildren were absolutely thrilled to have their own pool.

Stayed with family group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children age range 3 to 10, the house was set over 3 floors plenty of space for us all and at no time did it feel like there were so many of us, the pool was great and lovely and warm, the kids slept like logs as did we. Beds comfy and everything you need for a lovely stay is there. Sweeties and welch cakes were a really lovely touch. We lit the fire in the evenings and really enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea and all the houses below. Granddaughter said she felt like we were the king of the castle, will be booking again, we didn’t want to leave !!

Stunning views, lovely house, everything you could need, not suitable for less mobile people

Our family had a wonderful stay at Oceana. Comfortably furnished, with fantastic views, everything you could wish for from holiday rental. Previous residents appear to have caused problem with boiler and pool, but this was all sorted for us, and Rob’s sister went out of her way to put things right for us. Many thanx for all your hard work and friendliness. Only detriment is the walk back up to house from Saundersfoot, a real killer, it you soon forgot about it when you walked through doors. I would not recommend anybody to stay, who is less able bodied, as all lovely bedrooms and pool are down flights of stairs. Thank you again for a wonderful break. Regards Phil Bailey and family.

We had a wonderful week away. The sunrises were spectacular and the views were incredible from the living space. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the house was very comfy both at the beginning of the week (gale force winds) and the end (suncream weather). The stairs were quite a lot of work for those in our party with mobility issues. We also ran into a few issues with the pool and the bedding but these were swiftly dealt with by the owner. Most of the property is in very good condition but a few tired corners. Overall a good property to stay in, in a fantastic family holiday location.

Myself and my family stayed in this lovely, clean and fantastic house. There was 4 adults and 3 children 4-9 years) and the house was so spacious it didn’t seem like we were all there. Myself, hubby and our children stayed downstairs over looking the pool, lovely room and we all slept like logs. Beds very comfy 😁 My sisters family stayed in the other rooms and they also said how lovely the rooms were. Pool was fantastic, kids absolutely loved it! They asked me why we haven’t got a pool at home! I’m not a pool person normally but as we were on holiday I gave it a go! Just wish all public pools were as clean and hot as this pool was!!! Myself and sister done all the cooking whist men entertained the kids (what else is new) had everything you needed and we cooked everyday. Bathrooms were all lovely, very well equipped. Wish I had room for a on suite at home. Lovely walks to go on with pubs on the way 👍 Already booked for 2018! Recommend to everyone I know!

Stunning property in beautiful West Wales

What can I say. From the moment we arrived this stunning property had everything we had hoped for and more. The property itself is immaculately presented and beautifully furnished with spectacular attention to detail, we felt at home the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted by a welcome pack of bottle of wine and local Welsh cakes and a note from the owner wishing us an enjoyable stay. What a nice touch! Next we walked into the living room and were met by a magnificently impressive floor to ceiling glass wall, offering a breathtaking view of the coastline of Saundersfoot. WoW! The rest of the house was equally grand. Our short stay was fantastic. With so much to do around the Saundersfoot area....That is if you can drag yourself away from the house and the views, our children seemed intent on spending our entire visit in the heated indoor pool which was fantastic! The beach and harbour at Saundersfoot are beautiful with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. We have already booked another visit for the summer. Highly highly recommended, a 5 star property in a 5 star location.

Absolutely stunning house!

Our family had the most fantastic stay at this beautiful house. I have never stayed in a holiday home as luxurious as this before. It is tastefully decorated, with clearly new modern furnishings. The house is particularly well appointed, with anything you could possibly need. The views over saundersfoot are stunning and the indoor pool is a massive bonus! It's an excellent location for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Communication with Rob was easy and stress free. We are already planning to return to this fantastic home next year. Many thanks for a great holiday.

Lovely property , very well equip ... need to do some work in pool area and improve ventilation .

When we arrived we were all very impressed with the property . Amazing views and great position . Spacious and ideal for all the family . However, the noise off the generator at night was disturbing for the downstairs bedrooms . Need to improve ventilation in indoor pool and fix the steps into the pool , A little dangerous for kids . Otherwise the perfect spot for a family vacation.
