Newly renovated large family beach holiday house with sea views, easy beach access situated in a quiet location.

Full state of the art professional sprinkler system fitted in 2019 for unparalleled safety in a private holiday rental.

The house has 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms of which 3 are en-suite. 2 family living rooms and a large kitchen dining area. The house has 2 outside eating & BBQ areas.

The ground floor has a new zoned underfloor heating system & each floor has also been zoned to allow multiple temperature options.

Penally is a quaint village with 15th century church, village shop, traditional pub, country house restaurant and easy access to beaches and two excellent golf courses (Tenby and Trefloyne).

The large open plan kitchen and dining area is an excellent family space for cooking and eating with spectacular views of the sea from the dining table.

The main sitting room has sea views, free satellite, a PlayStation 3 for Blu-ray movies and there is 50mb fibre broadband throughout the property.

There is a 2nd snug sitting room is ideal for children wanting to watch different TV to the adults. This room is not listed as one of the 5 dedicated bedrooms; however, the sofa is a sofa bed should the capacity be needed. Please inquire before booking if you need this.

The house has 5 bathrooms, with 3 being en-suit to bedrooms. The house has 2 baths of which one is a shower bath. 3 are dedicated shower rooms and all have toilets.
The property has lots of outdoor eating space including a balcony & 2 other outdoor eating area’s for large family groups.

The garden is an excellent play space for children with a patio. New for 2020 the grass has been replaced with high quality artificial turf providing a perfect green play space all year round.

The property has off-street parking for 3 standard cars and lots of free on-street parking directly outside the property.

Penally is situated near Tenby South beach with Tenby town centre reached by train (2 mins), car (5 mins) or a walk along the beach (20 mins). Tenby South Beach at the Penally entrance is a wonderfully quiet beach that even in peak season doesn’t become overcrowded.

We supply everything you need to enjoy your stay including towels, DVDs, books, toys & beach equipment (wind breakers, buckets, balls & coolers).

The property also has standard items such as washing machine, separate dryer, double American style fridge & Nespresso coffee maker.

** COVID-19 Updates / Questions **

We fully comply to the Welsh Tourist Board COVID-19 Guidelines. These new rules change the way houses are booked, cleaned & stayed in by guests.

The main items for you to understand are summarised below.

- All bookings are fully refundable if the Welsh tourist board implements a lock down on vacation homes.

- The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning company that adhere fully to the Welsh tourist board enhanced cleaning rules on holiday homes for COVID-19

- Due to the enhanced cleaning rules and to ensure no contact between cleaners & guests the check in check out times have changed while COVID-19 is still a problem. Check in is now 6pm and check out is 9am. However, the cleaning company will SMS guests if the house is finished sooner than 6pm & the cleaning crews have left.

- Guests must strip their own beds of all linen including mattress protectors and pillow protectors, placing them in cleaning bags (provided). All towels go into the same bags regardless if they have been used. The large cleaning bags will be supplied for every room.

- Welcome packs are still aloud to be given out by properties but some restrictions have been added. Items like loose packs of sugar, coffee, or ketchup etc are no longer permitted. Items like a fresh bread, eggs, milk, or a bottle of wine are aloud.

- Toy’s, books, DVD’s, outdoor beach equipment or any similar items found in houses, which can’t reasonably be individually cleaned between change overs should either not be used, used at guests own risk or wiped down by the guest before use.

- Before checkout place all dishes, pots, pans & cutlery into the dishwasher and set it running for the cleaning crews.

- Please make sure all BBQ equipment is cleaned after use.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Pembrokeshire and the Tenby area, which is walkable or accessed via a single line two carriage train.

From London it is much easier to access than Cornwall as its motorway nearly all the way and we avoid A303 traffic.

Penally beach even at peak season is not busy so going to the beach late doesn't mean you can’t find somewhere for a large family.

Nature walks, surfing and lots of children’s activities like Heatherton are all very close by.
