We had a little difficulty with finding the apartment but I believe it was due to the language barrier. I appreciated that theManager actually came out of her office and down the street to find us. . Once we found the anpartment everything ran smoothly. The place was very clean and in a convenient location. It had coffee pods and laundry soap which we appreciated. The views were wonderful!

Urlaub Locarno

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral mit tollem Blick auf den See. Sie ist groß und modern eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Etwas störend ist der Verkehrslärm, wir haben bei geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen. Sehr angenehm war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Da wir viel gekocht haben, hätten wir uns noch einen größeren Kochtopf und eine größere Pfanne gewünscht. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage waren die Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Wohnung wie beschrieben. Fantastische Aussicht. Gute Betten. Sehr gute Lage: nah zum Bahnhof und öffentlichen Verkehr, zur Innenstadt. Perfekt ist auch der Parkplatz.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the lake

I would hesitate to rent this property again during summer months because there is no air conditioning. There is a cooling system in the floor ( so the floor is cool ) but it was very difficult to get ready ie dry hair in the heat 🥵

Tolle Aussicht mit viel Verkehrslärm

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Locarno, was ein grosser Vorteil war. Von dem grosszügigen Balkon hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Lago Maggiore, jedoch ist der Verkehrslärm so läut, dass man gerne wieder in die Wohnung zurück ging und die Fenster schloss. In der Nacht wurde man, trotz geschlossenen Fernstern, immer wieder wach durch feiernde Jungendliche am See und vor allem von den Autoposern, welche durchgehend unterwegs waren. Erholung sieht einfach anders aus. Jedoch muss erwähnt werden, dass die Wohnung sehr schön und gut ausgestattet ist.

Tolle Location. Verwaltung ist im selben Gebäude. Einziges Manko war die sehr Enge und steile Tiefgarageneinfahrt sehr engen Parkplätze. Das ist für einen Neubau, nicht mehr zeitgemäss.
