Studio on the ground floor, a few meters from the beach. Composed of double bed, and sofa bed of 1.35, and bathroom. Located in the Club Tropicana complex of the Urbanization of Roquetas de Mar. Studio completely renovated in 2018. The residential has a swimming pool for adults, as well as a children's pool, and a tennis court. Surrounded by green areas and nestled in one of the quietest areas of the urbanization.
