About this property

Maremma Country chic, an ideal place to immerse yourself in contact with nature,.

A small jewel nestled in the Tuscan countryside in Sovana.
Magical place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
The house has just been renovated, inserting every trick to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
Free of architectural barriers to allow access in the event of disability.
The house is about 90 square meters divided into living area with comfortable kitchen, hallway from which you access the 2 bedrooms.
2 bathrooms including 1 in the room both with shower.
Guests have access to the 7X14 Mt. pool, which is 300 meters from walking distance.
The pool area is served by a shower, sunbeds for sunbathing and small inflatable mattresses like armrests and cuddles for the little ones who are obviously only welcome.

The outdoor area around the house is equipped with accessories to entertain like parasol table chairs and barbecue.
Nearby there is a small riding school where you can book pleasant walks or lessons to learn from 8 years upwards.

Sovana Vacanza

We had a wonderful stay at the Maremma Chic property. We had a rough trip from California, with plane diversions, rental car issues and a long drive to the property, arriving late at night, but the lovely property manager waited at her restaurant and had dinner-to-go for us and directed us to the rental. The property was just as described and perfect for our visit — convenient to the adorable town of Sovana and all of the local sites we wanted to see. The pool was heaven-sent after a long day of wandering and hiking in the extraordinary heat of summer 2022. We visited the wonderful tufa villages, surrounding area, etruscan sites, and the Maremma coast and were grateful to return each night to our comfortable rental home. The Maremma is a hidden treasure for sure. We felt very well taken care of.

Perfetta per due coppie le bambine hanno dormito nel divano letto. La casa è spaziosa pulita e tutta restaurata di recente. Ci hanno offerto il vino che stavano facendo e ci hanno fatto visitare la cantina.

Fantastico

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in idyllischer Alleinlage. Innen und außen alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. In jedem Raum eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und alle Fenster mit Insektenschutz (wichtig!). Riesiges Grundstück, Hunde können frei laufen. Pool in 300m Entfernung (schöner Weg durch ein kleines Wäldchen) auf dem Anwesen der wunderbaren Gastgeber, die sich äußerst herzlich, aber gleichzeitig unaufdringlich und dezent gezeigt haben, sodass man sich quasi wie zuhause fühlen konnte. Deren Anlage ist ein kleiner Traum und hält für Jung und Alt alles bereit (eigene Terasse, Pool, Jacuzzi, Trampolin, Tischtennis, viel Grün und schattige Plätzchen). Ganz herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Federica und Stefano, nicht zuletzt für den guten Wein und das Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau. Die Gegend ist weitläufig, keine größeren, dafür aber viele kleinere und reizvolle Städtchen in der Umgebung. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!!!
