The house is newly built, It was built with good materials and was isolated. The walls were lined with stone from the same estate. Only the ground floor is rented since the upper part of the house is not yet habitable.
It is a quiet area and at the same time well connected.
Its situation is excellent, for its views of the mountain, the town, the Llucmajor marina, as well as the Island of Cabrera.
Also your situation is perfect for walking, cycling ...
It is located 3 kilometers from the town, 8 kilometers from the golf course, 10 kilometers from the beach of Palma, 20 kilometers from the Plata des Trenc and about 15 kilometers from the various coves of the Llucmajor coast.
We believe it is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. We enjoy sharing it.
