Welcome to Österlen, newly built holiday home near nature and sea. Charging electric cars.

Quietly and beautifully situated in the popular leisure area Gyllebo in the heart of Österlen, is our holiday home. The house is modernly equipped. Three bedrooms for six people. Large living room with fireplace. The house type is called Magnolian 91 (googla for floor plan). Open view to garden and beautiful, soothing nature. Kivik and Simrishamn in 15 minutes distance. Two well-known and popular golf courses, Lilla Vik and Djupadal, 10/15 min away. Lake Gyllebos with bath and fishing opportunities 5 minutes. Wifi, TV with Netflix etc. Lots of nearby exciting excursion destinations. Solar cells on the roof provide the house with clean and free energy.
Bed linen is provided by the tenant.

Perfect again

It was our third stay and it was again perfect. Fully equipped with all you need and as of this year also with a wallbox to charge the car we had lovely 3 weeks. The kids can simply go outside and have adventures. The lake was warm and only a few minutes away.

Erwartungen erfüllt

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus, welches in unseren Augen besonders mit dem großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich punktet. Perfekt für ein neugieriges Baby zum Krabbeln 😀. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die wir für unsere Versorgung benötigten. Als einzig negativ empfanden wir das Bett, welches für unseren Geschmack zu weich ist. Letztlich gibt es so viele positive Dinge zu erwähnen. Die tolle Terrasse, die Möglichkeit zu Grillen und die wunderbar krautige Wiese hinter dem Haus sind nur wenige Beispiele. Uns hat das Haus und der Gastgeber Toni durchweg positive Erlebnisse ermöglicht.

Ruhig gelegen mit zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Ferienhaus war so wie beschrieben, es hat bei der Einrichtung an fast nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und auch schnell. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort und fande die Kombination des nahegelegenen See und das 30min entfernten Ostseestrands (Sandhammaren) perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Woche in vollen Zügen genießen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in super Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man für 3 Wochen gebrauchen kann, inklusive Grill im Garten, Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Toni ist immer für Fragen erreichbar. Der See in 5 Minuten erreichbar und eine gute Abkühlung. Das beste an allem ist die Ruhe, gelegentlich kommt mal der Fasan vom Nachbarn zu Besuch und macht auf sich aufmerksam. Sterne gucken nachts ist der Hammer. Ganz klare Empfehlung für das Haus und die Umgebung!

Fräscht hus i rofyllt område

Ett jättefint hus med allt du kan tänka dig. Finns allt du kan behöva i ett hus, känns som att värden tänkt på allt! Lyxigt med disk-och tvättmaskin (och naturligtvis fanns tvättmedel, mjukmedel och diskmedelstabletter😉) Altanen med många sköna stolar och utan egentlig insyn nyttjade vi mycket Badplatsen som ligger i närheten är också väldigt fin! Snabb och trevlig kontakt med värden innan och efter vår vistelse. Vi kan därför varmt rekommendera huset!!😊👍🏼

Top-modern und super gemütlich

Die Hütte liegt ein wenig abseits der Hauptorte in der Region Simrishamn, es ist aber dennoch alles ganz schnell zu erreichen. Fast ohne direkte Nachbarn und in einem naturnahen Umfeld gelegen ist sie zudem sehr ruhig und dabei doch top-modern und super gemütlich. Und auch der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war super freundlich und einfach. Da kommen wir wirklich gerne mal wieder. :)

Stugan var jättefin och bra utrustad. Det som kan förbättras är den utdragbara sängen som kanske kan bytas till en 140cm med riktig bäddmadrass. Saknade även en pendlad lampa över köksbordet. I övrigt inget att önska.😃

Från altanen har man obehindrat blick på naturen. Helt underbart! För oss var läget en perfekt utgångspunkt för cykelutflykter! Badplatsen vid nära sjön är fint! Från Sant Olof kan man cykla dressin som är ett roligt utflyktsmål! Vi var jättenöjda! Huset är fräsch och har allt man behöver! Kontakt till värden har alltid varit mycket okomplicerat!
