Century-old house with sea views in Södra Mellby

The garden is a peaceful oasis where the ivy forms natural resting spots. The magnificent fig tree evokes a Mediterranean feel. From the bakery, just a two-minute walk along a green path, delightful scents waft in at dawn.



Stenshuvud National Park is a 40-minute walk or a 15-minute ride by electric bike. In Kivik, two kilometers away, there is a well-stocked grocery store, a seafood restaurant, and cafés. Svabesholm Royal Manor, with its café, shops, and English garden, is within walking distance. The beaches along the coast are endless—from Vitemölla to Knäbäckshusen, Haväng, and Vik.
