A new, modern, 3 bedroom house that has been beautifully furnished. Great location within historical Bath .



When you stay in our house, you will have your own space to relax when you are not soaking up the sights of the Roman City of Bath.



Ideal for families



The Space:

Bedroom layout consists of one King sized master bedroom and two double bedrooms. The family bathroom (shower only) is located on the 1st floor with the bedrooms.

Fully furnished kitchen diner and a bright, sizeable living room area provides your group with plenty of space to make yourselves at home during your stay.

One on-site parking space is included with your booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole property (3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen/diner/lounge, rear patio, parking for 1 car)



The Neighborhood:

Victoria Park is on our doorstep and can be enjoyed year round. The park is home to many attractions including children's adventure playground, 18-hole mini golf course, tennis courts, duck ponds, cafe & Botantical Garden. During the winter months, the park is home to 'Bath on Ice' ice rink and 'Glow in the Dark Mini Golf'.

I stayed here with my sister just for one night to go to the markets and we both wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely modern house. Spotlessly clean. Easy walking into the city. Perfect. And Kenzie was so helpful in sorting out a problem with Vrbo, not of our making! And then when I couldn't find the property she immediately responded and helped me find it. Would totally recommend.

Prestige house near Victoria Park

A great three bedroom property in a good location for the city centre . Fully furnished and equipped ,the only negative is that the upstairs was very hot at night ,fans were provided for 2 out of the three rooms which helped a little a third fan ,maybe more powerful would be an asset. I would highly recommend this property.

A super break away!

This is a gorgeous little town house sitting close to the centre of Bath. Kenzie was very helpful and the house was beautifully clean with all you need to make the stay comfortable. Ample parking for one car and lovely private patio area. The house does sit on a very busy road and there are no views but it was quiet inside due to double glazing. We would highly recommend this super little property. Many thanks

What a fantastic house for exploring Bath! A lovely, comfortable house with everything we needed.

We Loved our few days in Bath and Kenzie's house was a brilliant base to come back too. A comfortable and cosy home with everything we needed and plenty of space for us all. Kenzie let us check in much earlier which was fab. We loved being so close to Victoria Park and about 1 mile and you're in the heart of historic Bath. Would recommend Bath Spa and Sub 13 for a bit of late night dancing.
