Mil Palmeras Resort is located on the Pilar de la Horadada coastline, just 250 meters from Rio Mar Beach

Rio Mar is a nice beach spot (sandy beach): toys at sea, jet ski, parasailing, beach bar with music, during the summer months there are night markets, many restaurants and bars nearby (within walking distance)

12 km S from Torrevieja and 7 km from La Zenia (large shopping center)

The apartment is south facing. There is shade in the morning and a sunny terrace from 13h to sunset

This downstairs apartment is close to the beach (250 m), has a spacious communal swimming pool, a large terrace with automatically operated awning and fenced with glass to guarantee your privacy. There is parking space within the grounds. An automatic remote control belongs to this enclosed parking.
This modern apartment is finished with luxury materials, has 2 bedrooms (each with double bed) with 2 bathrooms (each with a walk-in shower with rain shower and hairdryer) and an open living space. The living room is spacious and furnished with air conditioning, both hot and cold.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and materials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), oven, microwave, toaster, etc. There is TV Vlaanderen and WiFi.
Our parking space is this at number 8.

For every rental, the house is always cleaned and provided with clean bath, beach and bed linen!

Electricity: 85 KWh per week is included. Additional consumption will be charged at 0.5 euros / KWh

For stays of a month or longer, 340 KWh per month is included. Additional consumption will be charged at 0.5 euros / KWh
