Enjoy your vacation with friends or family in our well-kept villa with barbecue and private pool. WIFI free of charge.
In front of the house is a terrace with seating and the pool. Loungers can also be found here. You can park your car in front of the house.
In the house there are 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with flat screen TV and a closed, excellently equipped kitchen.
We have a Nintendo Wii console to keep your children entertained. You can fly hot air balloons in Elche. You and your children can go go-karting with various karts, from children's kart to quad to racing kart. New: guided Qud tours, great fun! You can also find mini golf at various locations. Then you have the opportunity to go on some other excursions that are definitely worth it! Terra Mitica - beautiful amusement park near Benidorm. Fantastic stalactite caves, in which concerts sometimes even take place. The palm park in the palm city of Elche. Water parks in different places - fun for children! Rio Safari Zoo. You will find all the options in the house folder.

Feast us and go out: This area is sure to tempt you to feast! There are countless restaurants with dishes from all over the world. And the nicest thing is, some are even very cheap. At lunchtime you should preferably ask for the lunch menu, as you get a starter, main course, sometimes dessert and a table wine or other drink at a really reasonable price. B. for just € 4.50. All my favorite restaurants can be found in the house folder.
The nearest restaurants and a smaller supermarket can be found in Mil Palmeras, approx. 10-15 minutes on foot from your holiday villa.
You will find restaurants, bars, cafes, chill-out bars, ice cream parlors and everything a holidaymaker's heart desires! You can also go shopping in the supermarket or weekly market here to prepare your own delicacies on the grill.

As others have said, the villa could do with a little TLC here & there BUT once the WiFi had been sorted and we had some new sun loungers provided (only 2 supplied & other 2 chair loungers were very rusty & broken) then our holiday was able to begin. The villa was well equipped (apart there only being 2 forks!) and we made use of the kitchen to cook on some evenings.The pool was great and we spent everyday relaxing in it. The air con & ceiling fans were a godsend in the heat. Over all, we would recommend for a family stay.

Beautiful villa in a great location

Beautiful villa in a quiet location, with the beach, restaurants, a small supermarket and ice cream parlour all within walking distance. The villa and pool were very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this villa.

2nd Visit at Villa Relax

There are a lot of positives about this property. It has a good amount of facilities, although some need attention. The location and proximity to the beach and local restaurants is great. The pool is a godsend in the extremely hot weather. Some of the outside furniture requires repair or replacing. One of the sun loungers is broken (the back rest is lose) but you could still use it and the cream parasol was in a very sorry looking state, broken, ripped & unusable. The blue parasol was difficult to secure but was ok once done. The pool had a couple of covers missing, see photos. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any of the downstairs Air Con to work either. On the whole though, it’s great for short breaks & despite the small issues we had with some of the items, we had a good 10 days here. We would happily return. Thanks

Short break with friends

The hotel was perfect for what we required - 4 guys having a short break to play padel and tennis.Villa was pretty much as advertised, communication was good with owner and agent.Place was clean and wifi worked well.Couple of small but significant negatives that needs mentioning.Its advertised as having a safe but as other guests have mentioned it just dont work, agent or owner could not answer where key was so valubles had to be hidden which was frustrating.Secondly the tv did not work, there was an issue with the aerial we did a temp fix but need renewing for future guests?Could also do with updated outside furniture inc the roof top.Think if they allowed a day or two to sort out the maintenance issues it would be so much more a lovely experiance to stay in your villa.all that said we would use again as we had a good break thank you!

We have been to this area many times before so knew what to expect of the surrounding area. It’s a very quiet location and not too touristy. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was however missing a corkscrew for wine so we purchased one and left it for the next people. It could do with a few extra teaspoon as well. These are just minor things though. Everything was in good working order apart from the TV which we just couldn’t get to work. The WiFi eventually worked once I asked for the code. The owner was easily contactable and responded promptly to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well on the really hot nights. The pillows were a little on the hard side. The pool was superb and was cleaned once a week. We had a very comfortable stay here. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are some really good restaurants nearby too. There is also a small shop nearby which sells fresh food, meats, veg etc. you can but wine, beers and lots of other general items. If you want a bigger supermarket they are about 15-20 mins drive away. We would definitely visit and stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

On arrival no one was there to greet us. Yuri had left the key on the windowsill. At the end of stay they tried to charge us for losing 1 set of keys but we were only ever given 1 ! Property is in serious need of maintenance. Lots of damp on outside walls from leaking aircon units. This also causes the outside tiles to become wet and slippery. Major security issue. Main gate does not close. Mechanism broken therefore keeps opening wide. Problem when you go out for the day. Then back gate is swollen due to heat and wxpanded so too big for frame. Bangs all night. Then sliding doors from kitchen to courtyard doesn't lock. This means someone can easily access the property. The security box upstairs isn't working either so all our cash, passports and valuables weren't safe. Very concerning. I've looked back since returning from holiday, and others have also commented about the lack of security. After returning the owner has tried to charge us for a lost key (see above - only received 1), lost glasses (bearing in mind there were only3 wine glasses when we arrived as a family of 6 and they were in the dishwasher cleaned for them....all 3!) We actually "acquired" a few gin glasses on nights out and added to thier collection! They also wanted to charge us for using ALL their towels on the last day. We had already paid 100 for substandard cleaning and most of these towels were clean on the line. Fair to say we won't be returning!

Property manager on the ground was an hour late to let us in and when he eventually did he had basically no idea how anything worked and had no answers to any questions. We went about to set up the travel cot for our 10 month old son, only to find it didn't work and there was actually a used tampon from a previous renter in there. So we had to go and source a travel cot at our own expense including taxis; even though we were assured there was a cot there. Further investigation into the house found us realising that neither the back door or the gate closed and locked correctly, and neither the host of the property manager knew the combination to the safe so that was unused. So when we left the house we had to leave the gate and back door unlocked and take all belongings with us, and we had trouble sleeping at night due to being frightened that it wasn't safe for us or our baby. We reported these complaints to the property manager and when we showed him the cot and the back door he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know what to do and by chance when we showed him the gate it actually locked with a lot of force and he responded 'well today is a new day'; it didn't lock once again all holiday and we never heard back from the property manager. I have never felt as unsafe in a property as this one as 2 of the 3 entrances weren't locked when we left the house or when we were asleep at night. On top of that the property was completely run down with approximately 50% of the outdoor furniture cheap plastic that was broken. The beds were so uncomfortable that some guests resorted to sleeping on the sofas. We have stayed in these area numerous times before and have never felt as disappointed with a property like this and it was our first family holiday and not once did we feel safe or secure on the trip. We have photo and video evidence to back up all these claims and safe to say if this complaint is not dealt with in the correct manner we will never be using Vrbo again.

Strangely enough, you have never complained to me or even contacted me in any way and I have not seen this review before. You definitely didn't have to wait an hour, but if you don't follow the instructions and call ahead of time, but only when you're in front of the door, you have to wait a bit. Yuri is an architect and possibly on some construction site. The cot thing had gone silly, neither Yuri nor your family knew how to open it. Strange that you knew when she bought it yourself, it's definitely intact and usable. Yuri's wife set it up in no time! The door she means is not meant to be locked! We don't even have a key there and you are the first in 10 years to ask that. If you lock the kitchen door, no one can come in. We don't offer a safe because we didn't get a key, you are the first one to ask. We will remove it. Your review is definitively very unfair.

Maison en bon état mais qui a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Le mobilier de jardin, les transats et les parasols sont à remplacer. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, ne venez pas ici. Il n'y a vraiment rien autour
