This newly decorated bright spacious child freindly Villa is 25 mins drive from Murcia airport & 45 Minutes from Alicante Airport, The property itself is 5 mins walk from the main strip which boasts over 80restaurants & pubs and is only 10 mins walk to the stunning La Zenia Boulevard which is one of the largest and newest shopping malls in Spain. The property is central to over 15 Hihg quality Golf courses all within 30 mins drive. The property is perfect as it is situated right beside the communal swimming pool & is only an approx 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is fully furnished with English satellite 60 Inch TV with all free to air stations and Netflix. All rooms are fitted with new air conditioning units. The accommodation provides both a home from home feeling & is bright airy and fresh. The accommodation has it's own driveway which will accommodate a car easily if required. The Villa is Child friendly with 2 x COTBEDS available if required. Exceptionally safe place for children with only one villa separating you from the stunning Pool area. Truly is the perfect location. Payment of €80 is required for cleaning fee following all stays. Payable in advance of arrival. This ensures high quality clean villa on our arrival with Fresh bed sheets and towels

Booked as home was close to friends. Lovely location pool nice shame not enough chairs for the whole party but we bought two lilos and led on them. Didn’t cook in the house but convenient base for a long weekend.

Nice place to be on holiday.We liked very much the outside area where we could relax and eat.

However, if we should remark something; There were not two bathrooms, there was one and one toilette with washing possibilities (not shower) We could have wanted a dishhwasher Not water to drink when we arrived at 1 a.m.

Great property, very well equipped and spacious, extremely comfortable beds. Pool really nice and close to the house, fab location, easy to get everywhere, really enjoyed our stay. Host very quick to respond to queries, and informative of local area. Just be aware if you arrive at a weekend you cannot get wifi til monday, annoying as we had to pay for data over the weekend to get on the tv streams and our internet , otherwise lovely stay

Property was lovely very clean and perfect for me and my family. The host was great i had a mix up with flights which meant i needed a extra day which was no problem. We have family who already live on the urbanisation so was perfect and we know the area very well. Its exactly as described would definately stay here again. Thankyou only 1 thing was it says has wifi but you actually have to pay an extra 20 euros for a months service. So be keep that in min.preparShortwalkiddistance wv

Lovely property with fantastic outside space in a lovely quiet urbanisation. Highlight is the pool, literally a few steps away surrounded by grass and a good size. Realistically a bit of a walk to the nearest large supermarket (Lidl) about 15-20 mins walk (up hill on way back) once in that area though, there are a lovely selection of bars and restaurants, our favourites being zenia loune and Avanti italian restaurant. In the other direction from the property you have cabo roig strip, 10-12 mins walk away, with a europa supermarket and loads of restaurants/bars. Closest bar from property is Mary mac's, 5 mins walk around the corner. FYI, 3rd bedroom downstairs which worked well for our teenage sons. Large airer to dry clothes. Sun lounger and chair at property to take to pool. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely neighbours. We very much enjoyed our stay.

There was no one to meet us at the property. Cleaner had to come and sow us how to operate television and cooker. Wrong information on the door. No fob to get into pool area. When I asked cleaner for hosts telephone number was told he was in Ireland

hi Margaret, All clients are advised to contact the house keeper in advance of arrival. There is a kay box to hold the keys. TV is the same control as any TV (Not sure why this was a problem for you) ? There is a new cooker in the kitchen, again never had anyone have an issue before regarding its use. The management had just changed the entrance to the Pool area from Key Pad to a New FOB system, unfortunately this was changed only days before your arrival and we had not received the FOBS as yet. That said, anyone in the pool area can let someone into the area at all times. Not sure what my number being Irish has to do with anything. I've not doubt you had a great time regardless.

Hubo un mal entendido entre el propietario y el personal de limpieza con el dia de entrada, pero se soluciono al dia siguiente.La casa esta muy bien, tal y como sale en las fotos.Me sorprendio mucho lo comodos que fueron los colchones y almuadas.Todo muy limpio y confortable, la piscina pequeña pero agradable.Estubimos muy agusto.

Maison dans un lotissement très calme et très proche de la piscine

11 jours passés en famille à 5. Nous avons pu profiter de la maison (extérieur pour manger et barbecue, intérieur en alternant tous les ventilos mis a dispo et la clim dans les 3 chambres), de la piscine (baignade tous les jours puisque la piscine est littéralement à 20 m de la maison), des commodités autour : Zenia boulevard, casino, plage de Cabo Roig, Torrevieja entre autre. La maison est un super pied a terre au calme et baigné de soleil le matin.

Hot winter sun holiday

Clean and tidy. Perfect location for trips out to the beach and venturing further afield. Well equipped kitchen, ( washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer ) lovely patio area for breakfast etc. Great balcony off the large double bedroom for morning cuppa. Nice sized bathroom with plenty of towels provided. Off road parking outside the property. Nice sized spare bedroom with two single beds. Light and bright.

Casa Lorwyn

Casa Lorwyn is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurant but also a very quiet location too. Easy access to the AP7 and other roads. The only thing I was disappointed in was there were no sun bed/loungers to lay down, although there were a number of chairs etc to use I much prefer to have a sun bed but overall a lovely stay. Thank you Heather, I have spoken to our house keeper regarding the sun loungers. There is always 2 available. Unfortunately previous tenants were not as caring for the property as you and had broken the lougers. I have replaced 4 loungers this year alone. I felt it was better to buy the chairs that can revert to a full recline position as they are more durable. Previous tenants ( in the past) tried to camouflage the damage of the sun beds, only that my house keeper had checked ( could have caused someone injury). Apologies if this let you down, you were a great tenant, pleasure having you stay at Casa Lorwyn and hope to hear from you in the future

Great location,sun all day!

Fab location, we walked to beach, Zenia commercial centre, Cabo Roig strip, but there’s a drive for parking or right outside the villa. N332 to Torrevieja just down the hill. Maggie who is the meet and greet lady is lovely, very kind, nothing too much trouble. Lots of beach towels provided. The pool is fabulous, next door but one and most days not too busy. Would highly recommend!

Lovely villa everything you need .tv ect no need to take anything .walking distence to strip over the bridge and the beech was bsuitiful .the only thing i would say there were no sunbeds as they were broken and couldnt be used.i would buy fold up ones next time .pool was lovely and clean and the people were nearly all irish and were lovely very friendly .a lovely relaxing holiday as its my first villa ive used defo use again .

Perfect Location For a Family Holiday

We a Family of 4 Two Kids 14 and 18 Stayed in This Villa For Two Weeks. Airport Pick up Arranged And Greeted By Housekeeper on Arrival With Keys. Housekeeper Showed us Around villa Which was Clean And Had Everything We Needed. Pool Located by Villa, Bars Restaurants Shopping centre And Beach All Within Walking Distance. Perfect Place For A Family Holiday And Would Recommend This Villa As A Place To Stay.
