KRK Villa is a family house of 160 m2, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms en suite. You have a private pool, 1 jacuzzi, 2 large terraces with sea view.
The Villa is located just 150 meters from the sea in the city of KRK, in the most beautiful area near the Hotel Valamar Koralj and DRAŽICA. You can swim in one of the most beautiful bay KRK 150 m from the house. You do not need to take the car.
You can walk to the old town of Krk, just 10 minutes away.
The Villa is new and has everything you need to enjoy a unique holiday: 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchen, satellitte, barbecue, electric gate.
The Villa is equipped for 8 people and you have the air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
The Villa is the only Villa in the town KRK so close to the sea, you will not find another one like it.
The pool is open from 1st of May until 1st of November.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt, man ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten am Wasser und in ca 15 Minuten in der Altstadt von Krk. Lidl ist mit dem Auto keine 10 Minuten entfernt.Ausstattung der Villa ist prima - allerdings haben wir den Whirlpool nur einmal testweise genutzt - im Sommer macht das nicht so viel Sinn. Aber der "normale" Pool ist auch top!Der Vermieter David ist sehr freundlich und total unkompliziert. Wir haben mit ihm auch eine wunderbare Tages-Bootstour gemacht - die ist absolut zu empfehlen!Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in dem Ort Krk. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und auch ins Zentrum des Orts ist es nicht weit. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat man beim Haus seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool und Whirpool haben für viel Freude und Entspannung gesorgt. David steht einem bei jeglichen Fragen freundlich zur Verfügung. Wir hatten mit unserer Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Krk und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im August.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in Krk. Trotz sehr heißer Temperaturen wurde einem nicht langweilig und man konnte sich die Zeit in der Villa und am Pool gut vertreiben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles an Einrichtung, was man braucht. Auch der Gastgeber David war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Meer und zur Uferpromenade war top. Man ist in ca. 15min zu Fuß in der tollen Altstadt. Wir können die Villa Krk auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Sehr schöne und saubere Villa, David der Hausbesitzer, war immer für unsere Fragen und Wünsche da. Sehr nett und freundlich. In der Villa ist alles da, was man für einen coolen Urlaub braucht und auch an alle Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Wir können die Villa und David nur weiterempfehlen. TOP. Vielen lieben Dank.

Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus

Wir waren jetzt 1 Woche in dem Haus und es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Der Pool war perfekt und schön warm wenn es heiß war an dem Tag, der Whirpool für abends einfach toll und die ganze Anlage war gepflegt und sauber und es hat uns einfach an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit David war unkompliziert und super entspannt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Unser Urlaub in Davids Villa war wunderschön, wir waren eine Pfingstferienwoche dort. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, die gesamte Anlage äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Gerne wieder!

Viel Platz und viel Comfort

Die Betreuung durch David war top. Die Villa hat viel Platz im Innen- und Außenbereich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig und nah am Strand. Der Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können, dafür konnte man im Whirlpool das warme Wasser und die Aussicht aufs Meer geniessen 👍

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Ein toller Pool auch nachts wunderbar beleuchtet. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten in die Altstadt, zum Meer 5 Minuten. Saubere Bäder und Einrichtung.

Tolles Ferienhaus in phantastischer Lage.

Sehr schönes großzügig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in sehr guter ruhiger Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand und einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang vom Zentrum entfernt. Toller Pool, an manchen Tagen wollten wir gar nicht raus. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Das Haus und Grundstück sind in der Realität fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos.

Traumhafte Tage auf Krk

Ganz tolles, modernes und sauberes, äußerst großzügig geschnittenes Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm,die Handtücher waren dick und flauschig. Ganz wunderbar war auch der Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. David steht einem jederzeit gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmert sich selbst um das Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen😃

Haus befindet sich in super Lage. Toll sind die Schlafzimmer die alle ein eigenes Bad haben. Super Ausstattung und da was man braucht. David ist ein super Gastgeber immer schnell gemeldet. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Es war ein rund um hervorragender Urlaub.

Super tolle Unterkunft die man wirklich jeden wärmsten empfehlen kann. Super sauber und Ordentlich ,das Haus und der Pool sowie Garten. Sehr nette kompetente Vermieter.Gut Zentral und doch ruhig . Toller Strand und der ist garnicht weit zu Fuß.Das Meer war noch nie soooo schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle vorhanden. Leider war unser Urlaub zu kurz, aber wir würden gerne ,gerne wieder kommen.Vielen Dankfür die tolle Zeit auf Krk!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Top Lage des Objekts. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand und kommt bequem zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Krk. Pool war ebenfalls toll! Für 7 Personen war die Unterkunft top. 8 Erwachsene wären allerdings wohl zu viel gewesen, da eines der Schlafzimmer klein und das Stockbett (zumindest das obere Bett) nur für Kinder geeignet ist. Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht!

Traum Urlaub........

Alles zusammengefasst einfach perfekt. Haus und Pool sehr gepflegt Terrasse gemütlich zum sitzen. Nicht weit zum Strand. Meer komplett sauber. Personal bei den Strandbar 's sehr freundlich. War ein schöner Urlaub.

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus

Alles was man für einen Traumurlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber und die Gastgeber kümmern sich regelmäßig um den Außenpool. Um verschiedene Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen benötigt man ein Auto. Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt und die Insel ist absolut nicht nur einen Besuch wert. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefällt. Der Grill und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Das Haus ist super, es hat alles, was zu einem schönen Urlaub beiträgt. Toller Pool, Raumaufteilung super (jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad), alles sauber und die Lage ist top. Der Vermieter ist zudem auch super freundlich und die Kommunikation ist klasse. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke David!
