About this property

Private Oasis Near Old Mesilla - Home with an In-Ground Pool!

Enjoy your private Oasis in this beautiful older 3 bedroom home in an established neighborhood, with an in-ground pool, and covered patio. Less than 1 mile from I-10 and 1 mile to Mesilla, New Mexico.
Walk around the Plaza, eat at La Posta, Josephine's, or Double Eagle. You will also be able to experience the local atmosphere while you browse at the farmer's market on the plaza. The home is also within walking distance to the Walmart SuperCenter, Applebees, Starbucks, Crackle Barrel, and much more.
This home was previously a vacation rental 11 years ago (hence why you will read old reviews) and I decided to turn it back into one. I recently remodeled the home and I just love the coziness and beachy feel it currently has. I want my tenants to feel like they are at a resort so the backyard is lush with greenery and flowers.

Heating the pool/hot tub cost is $25 startup fee plus $5/hr for as many hours as requested.
The rate is for 2 people, 3+ people staying is $20/night per person up to 6. If only 2 people are on the reservation the 3rd bedroom will be locked.

Las cruces college visit and get away

Check in was so easy and home was very clean and inviting! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meal. The backyard was so enjoyable even though it was early spring and we were there during a dust storm. Location is great with groceries close by.
