Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, private parking and access to the garage.

The property/ house is very well maintained. Pool was great, even though we had rain each day we were there, we managed to enjoy it. Pool floats available. Excellent views. I definitely would recommend this property.

The year-round heated pool isn't really usable in late fall at the recommended 80 degrees. The up charge of 75 a day to make the pool comfortable would have been a determining factor in selecting a place. The house was clean, organized, and had fun art. The host was responsive.

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was Pet friendly and over all a pleasant stay. There is a heated pool advertised on the description with pictures along with a casita in the back that has a couch with a fold out sofa and a big screen TV. This was the main reason we chose this house and paid more over other three bedroom houses we saw. When we arrived for our 2 day stay the pool was at 56 degrees and took until the next evening to get to the 82 degrees that we were allowed to heat it too and asked not to go over the 82. It wasn’t warm enough in December to swim comfortably for most of us. The Casita shown in the pictures isn’t part of the rental price which we would have loved to have know before hand. The casita can be rented for an additional 75 fee which we were unaware of. Other than some of the amenities not being able to use it was a good stay.

Clean and Spacious

The property was very clean, had plenty of open space, comfortable beds and furniture, and was well equipt with everything that we needed. My only complaint is the advertised "year-round heated pool". The pool was not heated upon check-in however there were instructions on how to turn on the heater. We were unable to get the heater to turn on. The owner came out the next day and was able to identify the issue but the pool was not able to be heated for us to use it before we checked-out. We had a 2-night stay over the New Year. The owner was easy to work with however we were disappointed as we booked the house over other homes in the area for the advertised heated pool.
