Cosy studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the eleventh floor with fabulous sea and beach views. South-facing apartment, as is the terrace. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with shower tray, small and practical kitchen leading to the living-dining room. From here, access is gained to a large terrace with awning and fabulous sea and mountain views. Includes WIFI and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Capacity 2/4 people.

Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg.

The INFANTE building has a communal swimming pool with children's pool, common areas with swings for children and tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and La Colonia Ducal. All types of services are available in its surroundings.

YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after inspection of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
