Casanova Luxury-Apartment is a recently renovated apartment in a shabby-chic style, located in a side street of "Corso Umberto I" in the historic center and therefore close to all the services a person needs such as a minimarket, tobacconist, post office, bank , very characteristic pubs and restaurants in perfect harmony with the historic center in which they are located. It is also a few steps away from the courthouse, the renowned "Torrefranca" conservatory and the "Polisa" polytechnic. The house is equipped with many comforts such as the comfortable shabby sofa, which can also be converted into a comfortable sofa bed with a 14 cm high mattress, on which you can comfortably relax after a long journey and at the same time watch the smart TV also equipped with channels special subscription but free for kind guests. There are 2 air conditioners to heat you in winter and regenerate you from the heat in summer. Towels and sheets are provided for each new guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can cook whatever you want. Next to it there are many free parking spaces and being on the ground floor it is very convenient to carry luggage or your shopping. The owner lives in the same building where the accommodation is located and is therefore always available promptly and happy to provide you with all the information and advice to make you spend a pleasant stay

Casanova Apt was very well appointed, clean and welcoming! We had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Our host was amazing taking care of all our needs and telling us of areas of interest! Very nice area too..we would stay there again!

A week in Calabria

This lovely apartment on the ground floor (entrance from a pedestrian street) was beautifully redecorated and updated. The furnishings were comfortable. It had supplies (like paper towels and coffee pods) that other places haven't offered which made our stay easier. The location was good to walk to the castle and main street of Vibo Valentia.
