Comfy and cosy house, Great location for Southampton Airport (7 minutes drive/cab ride), Southampton city centre (15 minutes drive/ 20 minutes on the bus just 30 seconds from the house), Southampton University is 5 minutes walk. Take always e.g McDonald is 2 minutes away and Burger king 3 minutes away. General Hospital is just 10 drives and Princess Anne Hospital too. Eastleigh (10 minutes drive); minutes walk The six double rooms are perfect for 15 guests, Free parking at the front of the house for 2 cars.

Don’t recommend this place to anyone at all

The listing never said the landlord would be living on the property which we found out when we arrived. The fridge was part full with her goods so we didn’t have as much space for our own food. The whole place had terrible cleanliness, the floors were sticky and one bathrooms shower door was broken. None of the pillows had pillow protectors and beddings weren’t ironed, fluff and hair was found on the bed on arrival. There was also no spare keys for the bedroom doors and when we contacted the owner she would always say she was busy at work. Our stay was terrible overall and was nothing like the pictures.
