Outside it has a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture.

It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and outdoor parking within the property.

Located in Caeiros, close to local shops, barbecue, restaurant and pastry shop. Larger supermarkets are 4 km away, the centre of Ericeira and the beach are 5 km away and the centre of Mafra is 6 km away.

We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
