The Sunriver Homeowners' Aquatic and Recreation Center is less than two miles away, while the Village is a one-and-a-half-mile drive.

The home itself is relatively modern, with a large central living space. The living area features an oversized sectional couch that's big enough for the whole group to lounge on while basking in the warmth from the wood-burning stove or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. (Cable, WiFi, and a Blu-Ray player are all provided.)

The fully equipped kitchen is ready to tackle everything from a hearty home-cooked dinner to a quick snack. There's room for everyone at the eight-person dining table.

After your meal, retreat to the private hot tub for a rejuvenating soak - nothing soothes tired muscles quite like relaxing in a hot tub! In nice weather, the patio is also a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Back inside, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has space for up to eight overnight guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for kids. The upstairs loft also features a Murphy bed for the last two guests. Dogs are welcome.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
