Located between Saint Remy de Provence 8 km, Avignon 10 km. built in the Provençal spirit, terracotta, Luberon stone, wrought iron, old cobblestones, stone barbecue, plancha gas, and its magnificent pool of 16 m by 5 m, not overlooked in a Provencal landscaped garden. the house is set back from the ideal way to sleep in and take a nap! if you practice cycling or walking, a bike path will allow you to go to the center of the village 3 KMS. the billiard room is very nice .On one of the 3 terraces you have, a Ping Pon table, in the living room of a 3D TV with Canal Sat Eurosport, the 3 bedrooms each with a TV, high speed WiFi internet connection . all linens and included in the price. the bedding 160 by 2 m.

Great time spent in Provence

Thank you for welcoming us in your beautiful property in Chateaurenard. We had a great time as a family staying in the house with a great swimming pool. The location is perfect to visit the Provence and being able to relax in the evening be the pool. Thank you again for a memorable stay.

Wonderful stay, good location, warm hospitality

We spent a lovely couple of weeks staying at the villa. The house was ideal for our family (two adults, three children) with plenty to do, a great base for exploring the local region or just relaxing indoors. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.

Charmante Villa in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Garten und wirklich tollem, sehr großen Pool. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Sehr netter Vermieter, der auch auf dem Gelände wohnt und sich diskret um Garten und Pool kümmert.

Villa Ocre.....

Maison agréable située au calme et sécurisée. La piscine est digne de l'annonce (Ouahhh immense) sécurisée, pas de vis à vis et une eau à 28°. Il ne manque rien pour un séjour reposant. Terrasse très confortable et bien équipée Propriétaire très sympa, discret, disponible au moindre soucis et soucieux que votre séjour se passe bien. Espaces extérieurs bien entretenus. Nombreux marchés provençaux aux alentours : immanquables Carpentras et L'isle-sur-la Sorgue. Parc Spirou à 30 mn. Nombreuses choses à visiter situés en 30 et 60 mn en voiture. Quelques petites inperfections mais absolument rien de dérangeant.... N'hésitez pas.....

Maison très agréable, au calme au bout d'une impasse. 2 terrasses, un grand jardin et une piscine exceptionnelle de plus de 15m ! la maison se trouve assez loin du centre ville dans un quartier calme, ce qui permet d être loin du bruit. l’atout majeur est bien évidemment cette grande piscine, l’intérieur est parfait et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. L’hôte est également très sympathique et très discret, en effet il est tout à côté de la maison mais que très peu croisé. C est une destination parfaite pour des vacances au calme et proches de tout (Avignon, baux de Provence, gordes, abbaye de senanque, même pas très loin du ventoux , pont du Gard et Arles,…..)

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans la "Villa Ocre". La maison est confortable, le jardin est très agréable et bien entretenu. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter la région : St Rémy de Provence, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Les Baux de Provence... La grande piscine est un réel atout, nous en avons beaucoup profité avec les enfants. Le propriétaire, très discret, était à l'écoute et disponible pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.

Villa conforme à la description : confortable et bien équipée. 3 chambres avec télé et un grand salon. La salle en mezzanine avec billard est très sympa. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et bien entretenus, notamment le grande piscine. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la région. Logement tout à fait conforme à ce qui était annoncé : très propre, fonctionnel et confortable. La vrai grande piscine, la table de ping-pong et le snooker permettent de bien s'amuser les jours de repos. La localisation est très bonne pour les jours de visite, pas loin de nombreux sites à visiter. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires sont très sympa et à l'écoute des locataires sans être envahissants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !!
