Las Colmenillas II is a newly built luxury house, isolated, on a rustic 7,000 m estate, surrounded by a very well-kept 2,000 m garden located in Los Llanos de Villamartín (Cádiz) 5 km from the town and with good access road.
Its location on top of a hill, where an old era was located, and its orientation make this house the ideal place to enjoy beautiful landscapes such as the Sierra de Grazalema and Los Llanos de Villamartín.
In its surroundings you can practice different activities such as hiking, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, bird watching area, etc ...

Villamartín, is the most important population of the Sierra de Cádiz. The Grazalema Natural Park is 15 km away. and the Natural Park of the Alcornocales to 30 kms.

Magnífico entorno y vivienda para disfrute familiar
Estuvimos hace algunas semanas y disfrutamos de unos maravillosos días, donde nos acompañó tanto la climatología como el estado de la vivienda, la cual se encuentra totalmente equipada, limpia y en magnificas condiciones de uso y disfrute de la misma.
Totalmente recomendable.
Sin duda alguna repetiremos cuando tengamos ocasión.

Lugar para relajarse de nuevo..trato con el dueño perfecto,calidad precio inmejorable,no le falta un detalle y todo limpísimo, casa muy personalizada grandes calidades y por supuesto un lugar para volver a repetir...Muchas gracias a Manuel ,el casero, por el trato que nos ha dado....mejor imposible...volveré seguro de nuevo...el `pueblo esta muy cerca y el resto de servicios se completa con un supermercado grande muy cerca y un hospital también cercano....

Un lugar para recordar y volver .Magnificas instalaciones tanto interiores como exteriores .Comodidad y buen gusto en cada detalle ,magnifico trato de los dueños .Los pequeños encantados con la gran zona de juego y la piscina .Estupendo enclave para practicar deportes de naturaleza.
