Holiday villa near Villamartín, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

The 10,000-sq-mt plot, where this gorgeous holiday villa is located, lies at the foot of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Its location is ideal to discover the nearby white towns and the comforts allow you to relax and enjoy the splendid environment, the fresh breeze and even a play in the private tennis court.

The villa is distributed on a single floor, rustically decorated with wooden furniture, stone details and warm colours in the 50-sq-mt lounge area; this helps create a cosy atmosphere, which you will make the most of once you enter through the massive wooden door. The living room with a brick fireplace shares space with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a wood oven. From the lounge area, you can access directly to one bedroom with a double bed. Three more bedrooms are located along a hallway. One of them is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite with shower. The other two bedrooms feature two twin beds each; besides, you will find one extra single bed in both bedrooms. Therefore, up to 10 people will have the chance of enjoying their holidays here. In the villa, you will also find another bathroom with a shower.

Warm/cool air-con in the bedrooms and the living room.

Outdoor, you and your party are granted several spots where to relax, lay in the sunshine and make the most of your free time. The spacious porch welcomes an area for “al fresco” dining, where the whole family can share their meals in the fresh atmosphere that characterise the towns near the Sierra. Right next to it, you will find the gorgeous pool area featuring a private swimming pool, several sun loungers, a brick BBQ and an outdoor dining area in the shadow of centenary olive trees. The villa also relies on a spacious patio, where you can kick back in the lovely gazebo covered with lush vines, and an outdoor bathroom with shower. The rest of the outdoor area is occupied by a huge private garden and a tennis court for your exclusive use.

The access to the villa is possible via a fully-paved lane.

House with a very large plot of land in a quiet location, just a few kilometers from the small town of Villamartin, which offers all amenities. The owner allowed our dogs, which was a real plus for us. He also gave us lots of information about the surrounding tourist attractions. If you go there, remember to give an apple every now and then to the donkey at the top of the property. He'll thank you :-)

Très bel endroit, facile d’accès près de Grenade, Cadiz, Jerez, etc. Avons beaucoup aimé le site avec la piscine, la grande terrasse. L’accueil était excellent. Merci!

Fantastic place!! Perfect for a relaxing vacation in the country side, also a great location for day trips to some amazing cities/towns, beaches and hiking trails, havinga car is a must though. We were 5 guys celebrating our 40th together, could not have picked a better place! The host was really helpful and in constant contact with us during the stay! We are already planning to return and we would 100% recommend it to others!

Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet für 4 bis 6 Personen. Die Betten sind bequem und die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern und im Wohnbereich funktionieren einwandfrei. Zum Kochen hat es 2 Herdplatten und einige wenige Pfannen, Geschirr hat es aber reichlich. Es ist ziemlich dunkel im Haus, aber da das Wetter super war, hat und das nicht gestört. Die Anlage mit Pool und Park ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön, und absolut ruhig gelegen. Deshalb würden wir wiederkommen. Man muss aber wissen, dass es hinter dem Haus 3 Pferde in Boxen und einen Esel hat, was ich als Allergikerin gerne gewusst hätte. Zum Glück gings aber gut, nur bei bestimmtem Wind hat es mich in den Augen gejuckt. In 10 Min. ist man in Villamartín, wo es einkaufsmässig alles hat, was man benötigt. Der Besitzer war bei Ankunft und Abgabe vor Ort und sehr freundlich.

Haus sehr angenehm im reinsten andalusischen Stil zu leben. Abseits des Lärms, mit sehr großen Wohnbereichen im Freien, einem schönen Pool (der seine minimale Tiefe sichert), einem großen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, lädt das Ganze zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht einen schnellen Zugang zu weißen Dörfern, alle innerhalb von 50 km. Cadiz und Sevilla sind weniger als eine Stunde entfernt. Herzlich willkommen. Haus wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten 2 unvergessliche Wochen in einer äußerst entspannten Umgebung mit einem Swimmingpool, einem Tennisplatz und einem außergewöhnlichen Garten. Alles, was Sie von einer Vermietung erwarten können, wird angeboten. Unser Gastgeber ist freundlich, eine bemerkenswerte Verfügbarkeit. Die Besuche von Sevilla, Cadiz, Ronda usw. sind obligatorisch. Wir empfehlen Ihnen auch, abends ein paar Tapas auf dem Platz von Villamartin zu genießen, gegen eine lächerliche Gebühr. Was mehr, außer dass diese Feiertage in unseren Erinnerungen verankert bleiben. Es ist offensichtlich, dass wir früher oder später ... zurückkehren werden

Sehr schöner Ort, um sich in Ruhe auszuruhen, den Garten und den Pool in der Privatsphäre unter andalusischer Sonne zu genießen. Netter Empfang und Verfügbarkeit des Eigentümers, der auf Anfrage reagiert. Das Haus ist schön, mit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil wäre die Bettwäsche, die bequemer sein könnte. Und die Fliegen ein wenig invasiv. Wir sind bereit zurückzukehren. Villamartín ist ein sehr hübscher Pueblo Blanco mit allen notwendigen Geschäften, der authentisch und einladend bleibt. ausgezeichnet

What a wonderful week! The owner seemed to have thought of everything - the house was equipped with everything we needed. The house was spotlessly (and I really mean spotlessly) clean on arrival, and we felt at home instantly. It is impossible to not feel relaxed here. It is so spacious, the pool area is lovely. We did not venture out much - there was no need - but the short trip to Zahara was well worth it. All in all, this is a great place to relax but also as a base for exploring the area.

Finca espectacular: la casa es grande y cómoda, cuidada. Con toda clase de electrodomésticos y enseres. En cuanto al exterior, es inmejorable: piscina al lado de la barra de bar, barbacoa, explanadas para que los niños jueguen, tenis y Naturaleza. Todo ello situado muy cerca de Villamartín y a unos escasos 20 minutos de la sierra de Grazalema. El trato con el propietario fantastico, total confianza en todo. Hemos estado muy cómodos y nos hemos ido encantados. Volveremos.
