We had a wonderful stay with Andrew & Meghan! They were very hospitable and everything was easy from the getgo! The home was clean and very thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The location is great for Nob Hill shops, restaurants and cafes and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here before (less than a month ago). Kitchen was slightly less clean this time. There was a strong odor in the refrigerator which was not there the last time we stayed.

Good stay.

Overall we had a good stay. Cozy house. The bathroom was a bit cozier and less-well-designed than we might have liked. Neighborhood was good. Price was right and met expectations. Hosts were responsive.

Perfect location

The house was perfect location to explore the city. We started our day having coffee in spacious yard before setting out to explore. We loved we could walk to local restaurants. We appreciated the warm welcome and they provided information for local eats and things to do in city. Great place to stay, we look forward to a future visit.

Great homebase

Perfect location for our exploration of Albuquerque and environs! Restaurants and bars to walk to in Nob Hill neighborhood, 1 hr to Sante Fe, Turquoise Trail and 2 hrs to Taos. Hosts bent over backwards to make us feel welcome.

Great location and clean

This home is in a very convenient location-close to Sprouts, freeway access and UNM. In an older, established neighborhood, many neighbors walk in the morning. All windows were updated as has the electrical capacity- lots of outlets and we didn’t blow any fuzes. The owners were very accessible and got back with us almost immediately every time we sent communications!

clean, cosy, and charming home

This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood that was right near everything we were wanting to be around, particularly UNM and Nob Hill. We found the house to be just as described, and it was a quiet and comfortable place to come home to in the evenings. Communication with the owners was always remarkably fast and clear. This house worked well for my family of 3 that included my nearly adult daughter, but a family with a young child would appreciate the extra touches just for them. Recommended!

Great for couples and small families

Extremely cute and nicely decorated. Extremely clean. Highly recommend it for small families and couples. Great area of town. Note that the house is small with one small bathroom. Worked out great for my wife and sixteen year old. I'd say the biggest shortcoming, if at all, is how small the bathroom is; and that the second bedroom is a toddler bedroom, but my teeenager found it perfectly comfortable (it is a full size twin bed I believe).

Charming, Comfortable, and Convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and cozy little house. It's in a great location that's close to everything. The home is simply but tastefully decorated and was stocked with all the necessities from shampoo and body wash to bandaids. There could have been a few more dishes and flatware, but the owners also provided plenty of plastic utensils as well. The home was perfectly warm and inviting and the beds were comfortable. I looked forward to going back there at the end of the day. Andrew and Meghan were responsive and happy to be helpful if I had any questions about the home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Albuquerque.

Excellent location for Balloon Fiesta

Andrew and Meghan were excellent and very prompt in getting back to me prior to booking in regards to questions I had, having never been to Albuquerque, and travelling with my parents in their 80's. Giving them less than 24 hours notice, we asked if we could arrive a day earlier and they were able to accommodate us. Upon arrival, there was a basket of goodies for us to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and the house was just perfect for the four of us. When we weren't inside, we were outside enjoying their covered area. The house is in close proximity to everything, especially bus transportation to Balloon Fiesta (or even driving there), as that was our purpose for coming. Highly recommend this property to others. Thanks Andrew and Meghan for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Couple Retreat!

We stayed in this home for 3 nights and felt right at home. It was perfect for our stay. They thought of everything to make your stay perfect. I was blown away when I opened the linen closet in the bathroom and saw the toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and make-up removers, then the laundry soap. The shower was great. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, I had some very good sleeps there. I just wish it was warmer so I could have made use of the beautiful backyard. Location was great, about a 10-15 walk to Central Ave to enjoy the bars and restaurants. Not far from Old Town, about a 10 minute drive. The next time we go to Albuquerque, we would definitely stay in this home again. Thank you Meghan and Andrew!

Perfect home away from home with littles!

We are in love with this home! We stayed for a week with our 4 yr old and 6 month old and it was absolutely perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the house was super clean and tidy but also very comfy - I felt at ease having the kiddos romp around. They have definitely childproofed it (no sharp edges or fancy breakable things!) which let me relax. My 4yo loved the trundle bed and all the toys and books. The house was just the right size for everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable and these hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - even an infant play seat and playpen! The automatically locking door made me feel very secure and I loved the long driveway with plenty of parking. We had to alter our original checkout plan and I was worried about having to do a lot of checkout chores but the hosts made it SO EASY. I’ve been more stressed checking out of hotels! It’s also walking distance to a lovely cafe and lots more. We plan to stay here again when we make our holiday plans!

Meghan and Andrew have done a nice job making this small, older home feel fun. We enjoyed the decor and the friendly touches. The kitchen and bath are a bit dated but very serviceable. The house has an enormous back yard.

Lovely home in great location

Our stay was perfect for us . We were in for a graduation . Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped . The house was very clean . It was a bonus to have the washer and dryer to be able to put a small load on . Sat outside in the mornings for breakfast before heading out for the day. Our hosts were very welcoming. We would for sure stay again if we were back in Abq . It meet our needs . Thank you for a lovely stay .

Great little home in a great location.

Perfect, clean and comfortable home within walking distance of most businesses in Nob Hill along Central (Route 66).Friendly hospitality note and snacks, water and coffee and tea left in baskets for arrival. Everything was so convenient, clean, and cozy we are already planning to return next month!

Amazing Hospitality - Comfy, Cozy House - Walkability

The house was perfect for a weekend for two in ABQ. We loved being able to walk to bars, restaurants and coffee spots on Central. It's convenient to UNM and downtown. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy with all necessary amenities. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyard but it'd be a terrific place to hang out. Andrew & Meghan are incredible hosts! Great with communication, and quick to answer any questions. They put together a wonderful welcome package with snacks, bottled water and a hand-written note (nice touch!)This house is highly recommended. The neighborhood feels safe. We could park our car in the driveway and shopping, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Sprouts) and the airport were conveniently nearby. We'd love to stay again someday! Thanks, Andrew and Meghan.

Nob Hill Treasure

This property was the perfect fit for our family while visiting ABQ. The home was exactly as shown in the listing and exceeded our expectations with the accommodations for our children. Our daughter had a blast in the kids room playing with toys, reading books, and exploring the backyard. Combined with the walkable location to all of Nob Hill this location is second to none for an ABQ adventure!
