This home has been split into completely separate units. This listing is the front part of the house and has a large porch & yard.
This is an older home, and has great charm and character but it also comes with the creaks and cracks that occur over time.
Bathroom is located off the master bedroom
Street Parking -permit provided for one car
There is a small 1 car garage, but it is an older building.
Garage dimensions: 5'9" tall, 10'6" wide, 16'5" deep
Trash - city cans for trash & recycling for both units are located on the west side of the house. You get to them by going through the gate on the west side of the house (walk outside and turn left)
Washer & Dryer now available
Minisplits in each room for HVAC
Home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
The Neighborhood:
Part Silver Hill Historic District, a neighborhood in southeast Albuquerque, New Mexico, which is significant as one of the oldest developments on the city's East Mesa. Much of the neighborhood is included in the Silver Hill Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
